What do you mean that we laughed at you? I find that hard to believe.

I know that BankrollMob freeroll poker tournaments are free of all players or countries. But when i sent emails to 888 poker and ask for clarification they answered - the fault is not a 888 poker and BRM is guilty. Then i sent that message for BRM and you said is for all but you laughed through the emoticon. I remember this but that's not the problem is normal. I know they did 888.ro and 888.com but in all games with real money we can play with all countries and in freeroll games there are some restrictions and BRM tournaments is restricted. This is a mistake of 888 poker and i learned that in 2016.

No, the emoticon sent to you was the same one as I quoted above, the sad one: Sad
That's not a laugh. It's the opposite.

No man I'm not totally wrong. I do not speak english to perfection but this emoticon was the one with laughing, i know for sure. I know what an emoticon laughing. I know that. It was just a normal communication from the BRM Administrator. As I said, that's not the problem. The real problem is with someone in the 888 poker room because he did not do the job well and i can not play in these BRM tournaments.

Okay, here's a screenshot of the actual message, so you can see it's not a laughing smiley.

HI. I mentioned twice in this thread that this emoticon is not the problem. I knew in advance to send that email for you that i can play in the BankrollMob tournaments. After receiving that message from 888 poker I thought the rules were changed but it was not like that. 888 Poker committed a mistake and blamed it BRM. It is ugly what they did to find an excuse. I sent another message for 888 poker and I said tournaments are for everyone. Their excuse was 888.ro and 888.com and I can not play. It is ugly how they did because in real money games there are no restrictions for my country with little exceptions and a part of freerolls games. This is 888. The only poker room where I was refused to play in BRM tournaments. That's is the situation not emoticon. Good Luck to you. Thumbs Up

You also mentioned several times that we laughed at you / sent a laughing smiley, which is not the case! We have sympathy for your situation, and that's why our supporter sent you the sad-smiley, not laugh.
