The quickest way would be to win in the mob draw. The price there is 5000 mob points. The best way is being active on the forum. A post does only generate up to 10 points, but this will add up over time.

Probably the fastest way to win is to buy 1000, 2000, 3000 or 4000 tickets in Mob Draw. I think 5000 tickets to buy is the maximum allowed but there is no point for buying 5000 Mob Tickets. Even if you buy 4000 tickets for Mob Draw you do not have the guarantee that you will win but you have 80% chances. It's about luck.

hmm fastest way really depends on how lucky you are, you can post a single long enough post and get 50 mobpoints out of this, then buy some tickets for the weekly mobdraw and if lady luck smiles your way you can walk away with those 5000 mobpoints immediately after the draw.

You can read the rules to earning mob points on the starting site. You can get 5x10 points every day for a post in the forum, for referall friends or or open a account on a partner site with a deposit bonus. Off course, the fastest was was to crack the mob safe

The mob safe has rarely $50+ in it. So this is not an option. Make a post, take the 10 points to buy tickets for the draw, win 5000 mob points on sunday. THAT would be the safest way.
But anyone who can do that should turn to professional lottery playing.

if you have enough luck you can earn more than 5,000 points in a few days You can get a few times a thousand points from a calendar than you can buy tickets for the mobdraw sometimes there are 2 rewards per 5000 points and if you have luck then 10,000 points are yours

or you wrtie every day at forum and start collecting points on that way or to have lot of affiliates who will bring points for every sign up!you must see on table does your country get points from affilates program!and open mob calendar every day,maybe you will hit some big prize!
Just be active here, not only in the forum but on the overall that is participate in everything that will earn you points like refer friends, play mob games ect...
of course the quickest way to get 5000 points is to get a prize in the Sunday lottery ... but for this you need to buy tickets for a week or two ... for example you write messages all week and on Sunday you buy 70 tickets for the lottery ... and maybe you will get the main prize .... good luck
