November has just begun? I think more people will join soon. It has nothing to do with the time of the year. And if it would, i'd think more people would go play online poker when it is cold outside.
Maybe Your site dropped in the search engines or Your links / posts in forums are no longer on top of the sites and fewer people find them. Have You spammed and Your ads got banned now? If You use forums to advertise then maybe everyone interested in Your offer has already joined ?
So many possible reasons. And maybe You have around 10 signups in Nov too , still 20 days to go.
I have not seen a similar trend at my sign up ratio.
Maybe tell us a little more about Your way of advertising. That would make it easier to figure out what happened.
I don't think it has anything to do with credit crisis or crismas etc... It's a free offer, so no reason not to join.
Maybe You should considder tracking Your ads. ( A unique link for every ad ). Then You would instantly see which ads are working and which ones aren't or have stopped to deliver results.

i don't want to sound ofensive, or any thing but in every good company with some decent margin of profit the secret of the fild is a gold mine never to be told. in short, if it where me i wouldn't tell, even if in fact i want to know
you should recognize that many members send spam emails... i get 3 newsletters in the month i never signed up for... but the ref links are shifted and coded, so i cannot say which member is it...
so far im informed the first tracking cookie counts... means if ur cookie is set as second one u wont be the referer...
