This promotion has been nothing but a pain for me, I don't want to email their CS again as they do not seem competent.
I finally earn my scratch tickets for challenges. I used to see the tourney tickets in my Rewards section immediately. Now the last three i haven't even received the ticket and it's been 48-72 on all three.
This promotion would be great but I also got some problems, I forgot them to write an email, but I didn't make notes or screenshots, so I can only contact them when I have another error. I also don't know what is up because usually everything goes fine at 888 and I like their promos, only not their tournament structures, it goes tooo fast. anyway gl on the tables!

Played on 888 for over a decade, very disappointed in this particular promotion. Their promotions are generally very good and I have endorsed the site countless time. I am not happy with the current issues
The tickets themselves have been decent..when I can obtain the rewards as earned....

I have one ticket for this tournament,from free spin that all have on account!and I got my ticket in maybe two days,but I dont know where this tournament start,so I didnt use this ticket!when I open software from time to time and click on my tickets,he dont show me that registration is open,so dont know when I will use this ticket!

dule, the tickets you win from free spin is located in the tourny lobby. just sort the tournys by "buy in" and they all will be listed on top in pink letters.
