I definitely do not have luck I made an account with the Dafa bet in the euro currency so I thought it was better for me but now I see I'm wrong since my account is in euros can not get this bonus because it is in dollars that they told me at live chat

I dont understand why you have problems with currency,when I registered my account in euro and I didnt have any problem on live chat!and when I got my bonus,I had message that I have bonus to accept,but then it was just transfered in euros and I had 4 e on account and with casinobonus 12 e!so dont see why you have this problem!its stupid from them!

I had a conversation on live chat more than an hour I waited a long time to check everything they needed but in the end I was told that I can not get this no deposit bonus I do not know what is the problem he said something like having a ban on my country but it was for 50% plus on my first deposit

dont understand why is problem to register account on euro and then to get this bonus!especially when I didnt have this problem!I also spent lot of time on chat,more then 30 minutes,they wanted lot of informations,but on end agent told me that my money will be in 12 to 24 hours on account and it was!dont know what to say vaci38

I knewt about them,because I sawed that they are sponsors of lot of football clubs,especially in UK,so thats how I know about them,but didnt have account at their site!for me everything was good with getting bonu and everybody should take this no deposit bonus!

well maybe for second time you wouldnt wait for so long,because your account is activated and maybe other agent would see your last chat session and give you bonus!but ok,if you dont wont to spend another 20,30 minutes,its your thing

yes,they ask about some stupid things,to confirm all of informations,even mobile number!dont know why,when they can see everything when you give first informations and even I told him that I already verified my mobile number with sms code,he told me to write him my number!but you should take time and take this bonus!

I am not sure that this is normal or we didnt understand each other!Its not normal that you have to activate no deposit bonuses at live chat and to give so many informations there!if you need to verificate your account,then you send document or something,but not to spend more then half hours to get no deposit bonus and to give all other informations!

It's normal to look for some things as my date of birth, a real name and last name, but when you say at the end of the conversation that your account is in euros and that there is no no deposit bonus for you this is not normal,yet it is no deposit bonus

well for me its normal that you need to lose 30 minutes and to give all informations on live chat,when you can just upload your documents and everything will be finished!but to give all iformations on chats,,just to get no deposit bonus,its too much!
