I think that it makes perfect sense to legalise poker in this state and i cannot see why all the other states will not be following suit very shortly.. It must be a relief for all the online players that this has happened

It's very good news for the players of this city. I think they are very happy at this moment. Have been deprived of online games many years and now have the opportunity to show their talent in poker games. I'm curious when it will be legalized in most sua states online games because there will be others who will begin to legalize in future.

its good that more and more people in america will have chance to play poker without restrictions!not many states, but still they change something!they will pay big fee for this gambling, but poker and casino should be free for every man in world and to do with his money whatever he want!

They are still pretty far from the whole country, being able to play online.
And that may not even happen, at some point, if someone takes a close look,
at the license fees for example and the tax they will need to pay.
54% tax from slots? More than equal partner with the government.
So why even bother with it...

well honestly I cannot think of enough reason why the hell this is taking so long for all the states to make online gambling legal again, jeez I even ponder that all states will legalize medical marijuana usage more faster than online gambling...

oh ...... it's that interesting .... maybe all the US states will gradually come to the opinion that online poker is fun and not at all a violation of some ridiculous laws .... American players at the tables it will be very interesting ... I think so ..... maybe there will be many bad players

Yes like some people on this forum say i can too agree that ut is much better to have all american states to make online poker a legal thing and we can all play against americans who like to play some crazy poker. So I hope that it is only time that is needed to see all americans play online

Their only problem i guess is to find an appealing deal for all the operators that would like to purchase a license, in order to get their money.
Money for doing absolutely nothing once more, like what it happens in most cases
with taxes all over the world.
We have to note here though, that they are not doing a bad job, when it comes paying the players,
that had lost money with the know stories.

I don´t no understand, why not all States become a license for Online Poker. So it was easier to have a overview between the different states. With a license it must be allowed overall of the world in every state to playing online poker in my opinion.

Each usa states protects citizens as their leaders believe. After black Friday poker scandal when fbi closed the most popular poker sites many leaders of states did not trust online poker anymore. Pokerstars then escaped too easily because they also had many irregularities. Now they open online poker but not all at once but with changed laws and precaution.

I guess that online poker world does need American players to at least maintain it's current status quo, because from what it looks it's really in a bad state, constantly shrinking and operators fighting each other with the end result being ultra thin profit margins and even bankruptcies of smaller rooms.

If they all come back online, it will be better for the whole online world indeed.
That is what i believe also.
Too many of them, and the sites will start the competition with more offers.
I hope they wont be restricted to US, if that ever happens Smile

The US is a very large country and there are a lot of people living there .... and of course among these people there are a lot of players who are forced to only regret that the law forbids them to engage in their favorite hobby .... but it probably does not change immediately .... this as with the legalization of marijuana))

yeah good point mober is making here, if and when the Americanos come back to online poker stage as a full force then I do hope they will not come back as some segregated community battling it out amongst the states for the best players of the state tag or sth like that and they will open up to battles against the whole wide world.

How many states are there in the United States? 50 or 52 states? How many people are living in the US? 300 million or more? How big is the continental US? It's so huge, so diverse, and so complicated.
Will the populated states like California, Florida, New York, and Texas ever follow suit?
