You have tried to request a bonus for an account (Fenixsoler) that has already requested a bonus on the same site. Only one account per user is allowed, you are not allowed to request bonuses on behalf of other users.

If you have already requested a bonus from another site, then you can not get another one. This is how the whole system works. You can be affiliated once and for all, with only one site. That may be the reason for the rejection, of your bonus. If thats not it then send a mail to brm.

yeah pretty much like mober says- if you already have an account or are requesting a bonus for an account that has already received the bonus then the outcome will always be the same- your request will be rejected, as was in your case as well. there you go -now go on and create a new account
you can not have dos accountos on the same clientos, comprendre? You can alwasy try to send them an email to say that is not you and you want to create a new account ,you can try it, but it probably wont work. Anyway, there are enough bonuses out there, so that is ok, if you want to join the BRM freeroll on PP then you also have to subscribe to that website, also great bonus there, so you can do anything you want. there is enough of it!

Fenixsoler to understand that you requested a bonus twice but did not receive anything. You must send an email to Party Poker. You need to explain the situation but tell them what happened. If you not received any bonus they will understand the situation and you will receive the bonus. If you received a bonus you will not be able to receive another bonus.

well yeah,what can you expect if you already asked for one account and then you want to register on same name even you already tried!especially if your registration was successful in first time!but thats not problem for BRM!
as it seems to me from the text of the letter there is fraud with accounting ..... or you just forgot that you already claimed this bonus and tried to get it again .... as in the first and second case you are certainly wrong ... .. Be careful or do not commit fraud with accounts ..... my opinion

I think he tried more then one account the bonus code on party, and thats why he has that massage, i think thats the case right here, i might be wrong dou if its a multi acc. issue then no brainer man, u will not get any bonus, but if its not, i dont know what can be the problem

if he started new thread,he could explain to us in some other posts what he mean by this and was he really want this bonus two times!not just to open thread and to say party poker !ofcourse they will not give you chance to open two account on same names!
