November 26, 2017 definitely was a beautiful day at PokerStars for the famous Swedish online poker player Viktor ‘Isildur1' Blom, when he claimed the top spot on the $2,100 Sunday High Roller $200K GTD event for $63,842.
The highly popular Sunday No Limit Hold'em tourney encouraged 114 players to join (with 40 re-entries) and many of them were deemed the best in the game such as Ben "Ben86"[...] Read more » PokerStars $2,100 Sunday High Roller $200K GTD won by Viktor ‘Isildur1' Blom

Gratz to Isildur1! Another 68k was really amazing for a tourney with only 114 entrants. A lot of people have 2 years to work for this money and it was a ream to win this price in only one event. But we try it again and again and we will see what happened

It really is fantastic to see that the legend of Isildur is continuing. I haven't read mush about him of late and it is nice to see him back in the headlines for winning a tournament.

didnt heard for him for a long time, but we can see that he is in same shape with winnings on poker table!nice amount for big buy in and first place for this young player!for sure we will read lot of news about him in near future!
Viktor 'Isildur1' Blom is certainly a very good player and I'm not at all surprised that I won another big prize .... there were very few players so there were good chances of winning .... but these events are certainly attractive to rich people ... and personally for me such tournaments are impossible

Think that this professional player like Viktor "Isildur1" Blom is playing many tournaments per year with high buy in and his poker skills are excellent. Is a great performance but he has managed to win a $ 10,300 tournament in the past with almost 1.1 million dollars prize. Anyway he won an important amount and is profitable this year with almost 1.6 million dollars.

Not much of a profit there for that big buy in. But i guess if you are a player of that magnitude you are not missing these games. That buy in isnt much for them. First two places won by swedish players with 3 from UK in the money.

Yes I almost forget this player because not see his name in news for long time, but now he plays again and gets very good result. Also win 68 thousands and maybe this is not bery big money for him, but maybe he use this money to build another bankroll if he is out of money at this time

You have not heard of this player because he is no longer a pokerstars vip. He signed a contract with unibetpoker and is now their ambassador. Viktor "Isildur1" Blom has money to play, has a nice profit for this year and i hope he will play more live. He does not play too much live maybe in future.

These players the have made money, permitting them to stay away from the tables, for quite some time. Many of them can even retire, with what they have so far. Not that they are going to do so though. It is called addiction for some reason

For many professional poker players the holdem poker, omaha or another game is an ordinary job. For others it is passion and for others addiction. These things combine very often. Some are proud, others are maniacs and examples can continue. It is strange for those who have lost a lot of time with these games and have not earned money just lost.

There is a fine line between passion and addiction. And i would go that, all of them are addicted with the game. It is gambling after all at the end, one way or another. And this can be seen with all the prop bets the professionals are making from time ti time also.
