ban for breaking the deal in Spin & Go  0
The player under the nickname LeonidGer told why he got a ban on PokerStars.
Most recently, he won a $ 60 Spin & Go with a multiplier of x100. You will be left alone with the opponent, our hero offered a counter-transaction, HSV_Gandi agreed, we decided to divide this: $ 2200 was to get LeonidGer, and HSV_Gandi $ 3800. Poker players have developed instructions on how to play this heads-up. Leonid had to raise, and the opponent to push and receive a fold in return. While LeonidGer will not save the crumbs on its stack. Opponents of toli were confused, toli do not understand that, took and twice folded to raise from Leonid.
Eventually, HSV_Gandi decided to run it himself (which was not according to instructions), "Lenya" did not hesitate to call and won. The deal was thwarted and the share was not sent, for which Leonid received BAN.
And here's a letter from PokerStars, our hero)
Hello, Leonid!
As you probably remember, you recently played the tournament №2109173410 "$ 60.00 NLHE Spin & Go", where you won the prize of $ 6,000. During this tournament, you offered a deal between yourself and the player 'HSV_Gandi', who agreed in the end to the following conditions:
LeGerr: 2500 ME 3500 U
LeGerr: DEAL?
HSV_Gandi: 3800 -2200 Ok?
LeGerr: WIN
LeGerr: OK
HSV_Gandi: ok
Based on this, we ask you to fulfill your part of the contract and transfer this amount to the player $ 3,800 by means of the transition between the games.
At the moment, if you do not want to make a transition, we will not have other options, how to close the possibility of the game forever. We sincerely hope that in the case of such an experienced player as you will not get to before, but we can not allow this to happen at our tables.
P.S. Leonid paid this amount to his grief opponent.

While some are complaining for what rewards poker stars and full tilt, offers to the players,
this is what they do best in my opinion.
Excellent customer support, no matter what.
And this is a clear example on how they are handling situations like this.

In this situation pokerstars is right 100%. These players had to follow those instructions. LeonidGer was the first to break this rule and deserve punishment. Deserves this ban, but not permanently. I do not know what kind of understanding they did but he sent that money to HSV_Gandi and it's ok.

it seems to me that the support service of PokerStars certainly acted absolutely right ... if a person made a mistake after agreeing on a deal then this error should be fixed .... it's nice to see that the support service is working correctly and it does pluses to the game on this site

Wow! A US$60 buy-in Spin & Go with a prize pool of US$6,000! That's a pretty good amount of money. Isn't there supposed to a third party observer (PokerStars support staff) present during the course of dealmaking at the table?

Yes this was interesting to read, the situation is not often i hear about and I think that in end it was correct that support from pokerstars ask for transfer of loney because they have the talk from both players and it is good that player who didn't pay later understand this and pay the money.

pokerstars have rule in spin and goes... and that is no deal allowed... but if players make deal amoung themself than that is different... I think pokerstars didnt have to get into this problem... because evry time you reg into spin it says "no deals allowed". But in this case I think its nice that ps step in and told player to transfer $ or eat some bananas Tongue

When you have to players that they agree into something and then one bails out of it,
you can definitely say, that one cheated.
So they did the right thing and stepped in, forcing the player to pay.
A reason why someone should play in full tilt-poker stars Smile

well form neutrals point of view this was a good judgment from dudes form pokerstars support, they had the so called evidence in the form of chat session and pressed the party which was not too interested in keeping his word. in the end virtual agreement was honored and everyone is oh so happy.

When the boom started with online poker and ipoker was up, having lots of sites,
i was playing in some skin, cant even remember the site, sng's.
There were two russians, talking in chat russian, telling the cards to each other Smile
Game after game. Took a screenshot, sent it to the support,
after a week of my email being sent, they were still in, playing sngs the same way.
Support that cares right? Smile

Absolutely right decision fom the best support in industry.
Also,it's rather strange that Pokerstars does not provide an automatic deal option... If they did, there wouldn't be such probllem. It's very annoying when you hit 25x,100x or higher prize and should gamble for a decent amount of money without possibility of making a deal. Hope that they will fix it in the future!

And this show us again, that PokerStars is a verry serious online poker site in which we can trust. The support do the right and gives the information of the bann verry fast to this unserious player. And it was verry important, that every player know that and do not the same.

as I understood from the article a man who was supposed to play in a certain way did something wrong ... and the winner played not as he should have played .... and of course the support reacted correctly correctly .... and it's nice to know that if you make a mistake that is, help in solving

but now when I think about it, sure from moral point of vie this other dude had to pay the money he promised, but this is just a promise and not a legally binding one... you can say that I misunderstood something, or I was taking a toilet break and my kid hopped onto the seat and written some bs on behalf of me...
