Sometimes I answered some posts about pokerrooms, bonuses and freerolls.
I was able to get two bonuses ( BRM thanking ) this year and I decided to '' spend '' them before asking new bonuses, just not to kill my pc downloading too many rooms.
But, starting from July, AAMMS ( italian financial office to collect taxes ) didn't allow foreign pokerrooms to work in italian country without a licence.
Of course all italian players can't download whole pokerrooms softwares which haven't this licence, but only fun versions ( play money only ).
Big as Pokerstars claim immediatly the licence and, up today, are waiting for response.
So me and all italian players which didn't have the software before, can play on '' legal '' pokerrooms only
It's for in this way they are sure to get taxes paid ......
To be honest I am really disappointed because the level of italian pokerrooms is very low.
I know, there is the possibility to re-configure my pc to avoid this problem, but why ?
I would like AAMMS to give licences as soon as possible to play where I want.
What do you think ?

If you think the situation in Italy is bad, just move to the US.
You can only hope that some sites get the licence. Untill then you are forced to play at the rooms where you have already the software on your pc. Try to copy Fergusson and bouild up a bankroll starting with freerolls.

yeah to many fun police, its how politicians get votes, they hammer the online market because its so hard to regulate and leave the off line market to its self, sucks

Italian friend of mine is playin on GiocoDigitale. Its the best online pokerroom for italians right? Do you know if its only italian or other countries also?
Eh eh eh You guess the problem Starting from July you can't download any pokersoftware without licence. All old PS players played and keep on playing illegally ( not for me but for our laws ) It sounds very strange because champions like Dario Minieri ( 1 WSOP bracelet ) and very good players like Cristiano Blanco,Gino Alacqua and others, SHOULDN'T ever have played The only games you can play on foreign rooms as PS and Action Poker are playmoney games. I forgot to say that in no way is allowed to play cash games neither on GIOCO DIGITALE

italy seems to be in a bad state for online poker im sorry i hope it gets better. no government has a right to tell you how to spend your money damn them..

governments are now realising how much money is being pumped into online poker and want a piece of the pie.better for players cauz they will regulate and makes it harder to cheat.
Absolutely YES. The problem is only a financial problem: keep pokerrooms under control means to earn a lot of money in taxes. In Italy we have 4 caisino's only just not to make a lot of people poor ( they say ) but we have too many ways to bet money. The best ( for government ) is Superenalotto: 6 numbers to guess to win a monster jackpot ( now more than 33.000.000,00 Euros ) And of course, taxes and taxes
------------ Oline poker is not legal in italy at themoment... but you can resolve this problem because is only aquestion of time. w texas holdem...
