hello just wondered if anyone else had experiencced what i did yesterday? i was playing irish riches with the standard amount in real moneyy 15 lines at 25c a line i goot 4 scatter symbols which gave me 15 free spins not sure on the monetary win but n the second free spin i looked at the total win pot and it was up to 81 dollars then it froze and i got a network error message when i loggged back onto irish riches the free spins were there but the win pot was at 000 and i hadnt been credited it done the same after about 5 spins and took around 18 dollars that time i have sent a ticket in to 888 and am still waiting on a response as surely they should be able to see whats happened and reimburse hopefully put a bit of a downer on my best result up to now as saturday i finished in 4th place in the lvl 50 freeroll which gave m 92 dollars nice

It was probably a network error and your game has been interrupted or canceled. Is the worst thing when this happens. I hope the 888poker players recognize your win and get your money back. 81 dollars is very good to play for more. Many congratulations for fourth place obtained at frerol level 50 and good luck in future.

I have never experienced a situation like this with slots. I believe they must have log foles for all the games played wins etc, so they will reimburse you at some point. And once more, it is not a bad idea recording your sessions. More proof there, when something like that happens.

I hope you get the money but with my expericence on 888Casino they will say you have no winnings. And you must very lucky to get a good support. I dont know where the find the people they made the support there but 80% from the support Team a totally stupid.Sometimes i must write 3 times the same E-Mail but they dont understand very simple thinks. In the past the support was good i dont know was happend with the Team.

I just know that in last months,from time to time they have some problems or with poker software or with casino!few weeks ago,I could even upgrade their software and I erased software,but then I couldnt download again!so they should check everything and see where they have problems!

I'm sorry to hear about these problems At this moment, poker and casino888 are the daily place where I spend most of my time,I do not have any problems with poker software when I play at casino on some slots there are problems I do not know why they have not repaired their software so far when they have so many complaints You did not write down what happened after your complaints I hope you got your money

Maybe you just got lucky and you use the right operating system, gameplay at which was tested by 888 I can't say that they have some sort of huge problems with their software, but there are lots of small issues which bother a lot sometimes
