Well it seems to me that my beautiful country with cold winters is also excluded from this promotion as there's no such in the Promo section. This makes me think that only players from countries with Oceanic climate on all over its surface are eligible for this promotion. Now I guess I must enter to some Climate Change Organization to fix this problem.

i figured out it at last as too why, I could not take part,it would seem that I was logging in to the wrong site,for canadians don't log in to the canadian side of the site just log in to the partycasino.com not the the partycasino.ca. In the .com side I was able to veiw all the promos I missed out on,in my inbox. When you go to partycasino.com a small pop up box will appear it will ask you if you want to log into the canadian side or the .ca side just click no. Log into the .com side instead and you should be able to read and see you re inbox and promos.

at least some countries have right to use this free scratch card and to win something,but most of this winnings will be free spins and then if you hit something,good,if not,again good,you didnt lost anything!but better promotions are at poker software!
