in this room party poker the expectation of a bonus or free tickets with promotions it can take up to three weeks. They are more rigorous in checking the players and it's very good for all. Do not scare Killer1984, if you're ok you'll get that bonus. Good luck in future.

It is a bonus that takes some time to get it. Probably the one with biggest delay to get, so far. But you dont have anything to worry about. If you did everything right, all you need to do now is a bit more patience, and you will get it.

first we need to know are you talking about 10 $ no deposit bonus trough BRM link or you talking about some winning at christmas calendar!if you are talking about sign up bonus,everything will be fine and you will get you bonus in next days and if its about prize from calendar,this also will be on your account like its in rules of competition!

This. Party in general ir really not having the fastest support among gambling outlets, however they are trustworthy with these kinda things so all you need to do is wait a couple days more.
