a strange thing happens with my account or maybe I do some real mistakes I checked all the promotions but there is nothing free for me on the previous promotion i got only one 5 free spins and the other two days I did not get free spin I contacted live chat and they told me that I used my 5 free spins several hours before I logged in

Well I've solved that my problem with the converion rate error. I've simply contacted the support, and they replaced this bonus with another one $2 bonus, which can be applied to other similar games. Must admit that their promos are very good and profitable.
