Hi
Anyone else get the 20E prize for the Christmas Calendar and have it resolved? It says it is a bet-at-home poker voucher.
I got it and have signed up at bet-at-home account but can only see casino and sports betting and no poker at all. And no voucher been added to my account.

I have acount at bet at home and there is poker app i have it i won 10E voucher for sport betting from Christmas Calendar and i make it clear it have 3 X wagering only.They have poker and its same network like coral etc.. Hope you will find it

I tried to open the site, and check if they have poker or not, although in the link it writes poker, but all i got was one of the usual messages :

I sent an email to their customer services, asking if they had poker because I had been given a poker voucher by an affiliate. They mailed back and said it wasn't available to me and what was the affiliate. I told them and they changed it to a betting voucher. The whole exchange from my first email took about 20 minutes, I am very impressed.

well if you have problems with country restrictions,then you will have problems with your prizes and probably you should change your prize for lottery tickets!it would be shame that this money go away for nothing!hope that you will do something with support!
