you should not have folded at all,
since you had the nuts, you were obliged to call, and he was probably on a strong draw but any pairing on the board would give you the win, I dont see how you can fold the nuts on the flop

it takes lots of experience and practice to know when to fold at the right time, you can read as many poker books as u want it will help, but first hand experience will get you there just be ever cautious

No way of folding here. With top set you may have a coinflip. But against two opponents it is +ev to stay in the hand. And they may steal each others outs too.

If an opponent is catching his flush or straight it is not "running bad". This will happen in 1 out of 3 hands. If the runner runners start comming in, then you can talk about running bad.
