12th Anniversary Sunday Million  0
In this year pokerstars has not gathered the number of players to cover the 10 millions dollars guaranteed. This is probably considered a failure for them but for me the guilty are they. Amaya group or stars group in the last time with their ugly decisions have made many players leave this room. These ugly strategies made this difference and they did not have the success like in the past years when they were celebrating Sunday Million. I say that it is necessary for pokerstars to return the good thing or they will fall worse.

Well Pokerstars made a guarantee so huge compared to their regular $1 million... Ten times bigger. Maybe they expected this overlay and just wanted to give to the players free money in honor of the anniversary?

I am not sure if they ever going to achieve this again. The site changed so much ever since Amaya took over that they drove some regulars straight into the hands of the competition. Those players are not going to be comeback for long time IMO.

Pokerstarz seems to me to be to blame for their problems ..... while other poker rooms were working on improving the conditions for PokerStars players only thought about profits ..... and now the result .... the leading position is lost and the players go to the competitors ... and now even the players are not enough for the tournament

sandmanilo, pokerstars also had sunday million tournaments in the past with prizes worth over 10 millions dollars. Tournaments were successful because they exceeded the guaranteed amount. This tourney it was a disappointment for pokerstars, they did not want to offer a 1.2 million gift. I'm glad because they did not manage to accumulate the number of players. Cool Stars group(amaya) to see and think first of all to the players and then to think of their profit. Bowie and pajalnick it's true what you say. Pokerstars need to fix mistakes.

I wonder why Pokerstars rivals still can't make a competitive to Stars software. It must be not a difficult task for them, keeping in mind that all of them are big companies with lots of resources. Once they did, we could get 4-5 pretty equal in terms of traffic poker rooms.

Dunno. Software is not really a priority to many since there are only so much you could do with it - even stars made it into a full blown casinoclone.

for software I can say that is good and they dont have mistakes, you can change lot of option on table and chat, but things that they do in last months and new games that they offer, moved lot of players on other sites!so things like with this sunday million, just make point of this!

the pokerstars software is uglier than before. They also dropped the full tilt software to use the same software. The immense mistake they made it was that they eliminated many tournaments and the prize system. FPP was very good and Star coins is a big stupidity. Players at large sums left the room for these reasons.
