Posted by Sandmanilo: maragatero, I like very much your way of making money through freerolls. I admire of your diligence, discipline and quality working. It also seems to me that you are not only a good poker player, but also potentially the best smelling poster here. $1000 is a pretty big sum, you know Good luck, try to play small penny tournaments in smaller rooms, like rooms from ipoker network. I'm sure you will be good there, as the players level is not high there.
Thanks Sandmanilo, I started another long way: S&G $0,10, 9/10 players max, in 888 and (recently) WilliamHill. I played about 60 sits and I´m winning $ 0,80...snail way!

Yes That's why I prefer tournaments, because there you can win bigger money. Nowadays lots of people are good at Sit'n'goes, and it takes lots of time to play them. 888 has a pretty big rake btw for $0.10 tourneys , they take $0.02 from each buyin!

I think playing the tournament is a harder way to get the money my friend Sandmanilo, no more small tournaments, there is no small poker rooms ,do you think the number of 600 or 700 players is small, there is no tournament where you will play against 100 or 200 players, each tournament has more and more players
Freerolls,..always nice to start a bankroll... Start slowly only spend poker on freerolls,.. Wait till u hit the 100 euro,.. and then rip it on all the money games Nah just slowly build it up and hope for a nice descent places ,.. and you never know were u end maybe with a amazing bankroll

I think so, but each sit pay two points for the club´s level, and it´s the best rate $/points. The S&G are a good school for me. It teach me to be more agresive and practice push or fold for a low cost. The tournaments make me more tight, then 3 hours of tournaments and in the buble I fold AA also!! Micro S&G it´s a way, snail´s way!!

Yes my friend vaci38, I also don't like tournaments with hundreds or thousands of players, but there are still some tournaments with a less amount of players at iPoker network, 888,GG and other small rooms. And non-holdem games attract less players, too.
