What do you do to not get tilted? Like those days when you cant hit your draws but everyone hits against you when you buble tourneys and so on. What are your tipss?

The variance it´s a part of the poker. You need to learn to deal with it. Each one have to find your wave: relax, hobbies, lovers, bath, drugs and rock and roll...but never give up, only take a time...

I play then on a other site,when then thats happens again,i watch a movie or Poker after dark/highstakes to come down. After watching i try again when then thats happens again,i watch a movie again and go to bed and play the next day. But for me thats was a long way to learn not go tilt,sure sometimes its happens that i go tilt but i lost not my complet bankroll since the years before. And many pros say its normal that you got a Bad run for days,weeks and month the only way its to play and when you're a good player the money comes back to you

Upswings...downswing...doomswitch...godmode... Thats poker it can be soo great,..yet it can be soo harsh,..even when u play youre a++ game.. This game can make u tilt..iff you can master the tilt you will be fine in the long end with a++ poker

Most of the time take all of my money out from my acc and spend it on slots ... Kinda always ends up bad and i don't have any money left to play poker anymore , all time over and over again i do the same
But i guess better thing to do would be just stop for a moment , or drop the stakes for a while , when you feel it , that's it's turning around
