This truly must be giving him nightmares and i bet a day does not go by where he doesn't regret taking the money. Even though he is a very wealthy man, another $230,000,000 would have been nice!!

I did not expect a poker room to be worth that much as long as it is not a big one. Too much money for a smaller room like Doyles... I'm looking at another big poker room like 888 and when i see 100-200 players in a 1 dollar tournament i want to scream... only few players. I do not understand how these small rooms produce nice money when they have 50-60 players in tournaments with 1 $ buy in. Very strange...
Nowadays you never know which internet company will cost several times more next year or will bankrupt tomorrow It's still unpredicatsble in general. Was shocked btw with Ivey's salary, 900k seem to be a ton of money for a poker player! That's how much the top sport stars earn.

crazy money, just crazy money. 230 millions for doyles room, 170 millions for full contact poker, I wonder where the hell these figures come up from? hard to believe that these relatively small room were making 10-20 millions of dollars in profit from rake on a yearly basis, and that is after all expenses...
The money comes from the players,..and advertising,.. And ofcourse the name they use from him,.. Family from elvis ore queen still making money from there fame,.. Its like every episode on tv,..they do a replay on any given date,.. it will give they actor,..also each time cash,..except hen its not in contract ofcourse
