vaci38 you have been waiting for this two months and this error has not been fixed. You tried to uninstall the 888 software? I also had such problems like you or others and i tried to see what the reason was. Some programs are to blame or you must uninstall 888 software and delete the 888 folders that remain in partition C. After that you must to download another updated version of the software. Install and see if it works because for me i did not have major problems after that. If it does not work, send an email for 888 with the correct email address and tell them about it. my friend Calicul today I have tried your proposal but I have no results It's all the same as before I have no idea why not open the challenge and redeem I know that many people had such problems but as the days passed this problem has disappeared it might just be fixed by itself

It happened to me with Coral Poker, and it was a shame! I did all of I could: erased the program, re downloaded, re innstalled, 3 or 4 times. I wrote a ton of mails to the site´s support, was angry, shouted, cryed and prayed. But the only what I could do was to grieve and forget it. The crazy thing is that I am playing Net Bet and William Hill, that are Ipoker´s rooms too

Besides the skin sharing all sites have some unique customization. It might be the reaosn why you can play in other ipoker sites. Have you tried installing the game in a different computer and internet connection?

Maybe a program is guilty of this error and you can not access what you need in 888poker software. You should contact 888 via email to tell them about this problem. If you wait longer, you will lose opportunities and that's not good. Do not waste your time and send that email. Good luck

I'll probably have to send them email and write my problem it is strange that I have one friend who has now registered on 888 and opened the account there and it is all great without any problems everything works fine he is from my country and lives in my city

I do not understand why you have not done so until now. If this happened to me, immediately sent that email and told them: i could not access different options in the lobby and surely the problem was resolved. You do not have to explain many words to them, only a few and with clear clarification.
last year .... oh no ... the year before last I had problems with the client 888poker .... that I just did not try .... and reinstalled several times .... wrote in support of .... nothing helped .... everything was decided when I reinstalled windows .... maybe I had some problems with Windows because of extraneous programs

Yes Mober, I tryed! I did it, with some afraid, in my ofice. But when I tryed to access with my nickname and password the page become freeze! I looked for extraordinair solution and get the Thor net. So I could access to the page but when I did the enter they said me that I tryed to did it since a banned country and that closed my acount..

@vaci38 have you tried ndl(DOT)triple8holdem(DOT)com ? its their browser client which is somewhat limited compared to the downloadable version but you should at least be able to redeem your gold tokens there

Hey vaci38 if CALICUL with all the troubles that he had in 888poker could found a solution, you couldn´t give up! If you want, we can make a support group of your demands, and we could send a lot of mails to technical support since they fix it. Take a picture (can be the famous picture with your gun and uniform) and I begin to stamp some shirts "GIVE TO VACI38 A FREE WHEEL" in big black letters!

thanks for your support my friend maragatero but as it seems to me,but as it seems to me I started earning too much money from 888poker and now they want to block me in all ways I'm now at the 130 level and I'll soon get to level 200 then I'll have about 20,000 gold coins and I'll take $ 200 and I do not need their wheel

It is true that these levels in 888poker grow very quickly if you play casino games? because in poker games you have to wait for each higher level for a few days to grow by one level. I do not know what system have casinos but is very interesting with increasing levels. I can only see up to level 100 but i think level 200 has no freeroll. 100 is maxim with 10 k prize.

Wheel of fortune on 888 is a bad thing for me. It is clear, is just a lie. The awards that i won in every day they did not bring me anything interesting. Only shameful tickets and when i play these tickets i do not earn more than 1-2 dollars with them but 1-2 dollars very rarely. Something happened with 888 and i think they do not want to let me get to win. 6-7 black months for me because of 888 software...

probably tournament tickets are won almost always when there is a win ... Of course there are exceptions but this is a very big rarity .... and I certainly do not believe that this wheel contains a random number generator .... the principle of this wheel is known only to the organizers 888poker

20000 golden coins!!!! ...vaci38 you know how do i appreciate you! I said to everyone that you are the better good people, mober and player....20000 golden coins? Oh vaci38 you are my better friend! Really they could are thinking that you are a danger player, they should offer you a deal and make an asociatte contract. You would be their represent in some tournament like "The kid" Negreanu for Poker Star. You have to prove how you have left with dark clothes and the blue badge of 888!!
