From the way I understand it, they” aren’t obligated but o give you guys anymore than what you bought it with, that’s why they’re posting their policy on the forums, there shoving it right into it our faces, saying you don get s**t back... I hope I’m wrong, and everyone gets money based on they’re chip stack.. And knocked out players get their buyin back.. that’s the only way I’d say is fair, but even then for the ko players will complain, so it’s fcked up any way you th8nk of it, not cool Party Poker..

just a big lie from them,because this 2,20 $ buy in tournament from 18:00 CET yesterday,already had 20 K prize pool,so they didnt add anything and 2,20 $ tournament at 20:00 CET had 10 K prize pool I think!

Very ugly this fall of the party poker room. Surely most players are happy to get their money back but for the rest is a very ugly thing. I also lost myself in a different way but it was not the fault of the poker room. The lighting company was guilty and lost then dollars in 4 games with 8.80 entry and is very frustrating. I'm sorry for you peronibar.

I still didnt get any thicket,money or anything!I few minutes ago I contact live support and I write to agent that 48 hours already passed and then I still didnt got anything!he told me that it will be in max 24 hours and then this can be in tickets,T$ or money!I asked him why would I get ticket,when I played for 3 hours and had more then 1 million chips,he told me that its not for sure what I will get! in my eyes party poker is big
EDIT: and few minutes after this post,see that I have on account some amount and that is 2,32 $!ha,ha,I cant believe!first funny thing is that money was on account after I chat with agent and this amount is stupid!so played for nothing at sunday!DONKS FROM PARTY POKER!

I got today 4,5 € on account and yesterday ticket which I can't use yet. In my position 150 I should get at least 20-30$ I didn't look on prizepool than I just suppose.
Thats not good from party poker,... I had it also one time with full tilt,.. They did it better,..the paid out eveyone for the place were they at the moment ,the software failed,.. And also u recieved the money back u bought youre ticket from

Well nobady of you didnt tell nothing for 200$ bankroll mob freeroll I was playing in that one and when PP was crash i have about 28000 stack and was in top 5 players and i got nothing for that....Also playing in some other 500$ freeroll where i also have big stack and ofc nothing for that also ....Who will give money for that nobady ofc ....!!!!

I had again chat conversation with live support and asked why did I got 2,32 $ after my contact with live chat,he told me that is buy in (buy in was 2,20 $ and I used ticket),so this is not same!asked about payout from prize pool,he told me that this will be in 24 hours and that they still calculate everything and that money will be on account and copy in chat window terms for this kind of situation and gave me link also!so as Nikolay said,we should get money from prize pool also! I played at 20K tournament (including KO bounties),but dont know what position I had in that situation!and even if there was late registration,he told me that we should get money!so will see what will happen in next hours!
you can read rules for tournaments:
If a tournament is cancelled for technical reasons, the following refund policy will take effect:
a. If the tournament has not yet started:
All registered players will be refunded their buy-in and entry fee. b. If the tournament has started but registration for the tournament is still open (ie the tournament is still in the late registration period).
Eliminated players at the time of cancellation will not be refunded their buy-in or entry fee. Players still in the tournament will be refunded their buy-in and entry fee. Any buy-ins (excluding entry fees) collected from players who have been eliminated from the tournament will be distributed on a percentage basis to the remaining players according to each remaining player's chip count. The tournament will only pay out funds which have been collected in buy-ins. Any guaranteed prize pool amount from the tournament will not be a relevant factor in calculating payouts. c. If the tournament has started and the registration period for the tournament has closed:
Eliminated players at the time of cancellation will not be refunded their buy-in or entry fee. Players still in the tournament will be refunded the amount that would have been awarded to the next player to be eliminated from the tournament. 50% of the remaining prize pool will be distributed equally between the remaining players, and 50% will be distributed on a percentage basis according to each player's chip count. The remaining players will also be refunded their entry fee.

No i was to lazy to chat with them dont have nervs for that i was waiting to see if there wil be something at all ....

Every poker room has rules but differ from one to another. Most are identical and for those who do not understand they can read this. Normally, players should receive exactly how much they paid to enter in these tournaments. Sometimes it varies depending on the currency exchange rate or if any damage is offered.
my letter for support 03/05/18 MILLIONS North America Quarter Final. 10 x $ 5,300 CAD Seats Gtd (162947145) Player pajalnick finished in 1. and I had 480,000 chips but in the tournament in which I got a place other than barter was registered only one player. and the tournament was canceled. what should I do and silence.....

so they good thing and now they at least correct something!I thought that they will give only buy in at that this would be it!I dont know anything about this more,except that I have money on account,dont know position on tournament,did we got only share of prize from players who did buy in,because they dont give money which is from guaranteed prize pool!

yesterday I found again some money from tournament that is canceled at sunday!its was 0,73 e and it was from KO bonuties I think!so its strange that they pay again,when they already gave main prizes!but check your accounts to see do you have something!
in the end today I will play in a tournament for a million ..... it's certainly very cool since I left this tournament half an hour before the server broke ..... so I had a second chance ...... I hope that today my game will be better than a week ago and I will be able to win something ... I hope
They don't seem eager to make profit from this
