Hello. I yesterday verify my account by scan my ID and photo with my laptop's webcam. Whole procedure took about 10 minutes. And it went smoothly. I received my cashout from BRM and transfer it further... You must be truly unlucky

Hi,I use Skrill(Moneybookers) near 10 years and never had any problem with them,i send them photos of my ID,driving lic. and one bill all photos shot with samsung mobile phone and everything was Ok.Now when my Visa card expire they transfer small amount from my Visa account to Skrill and to verify you must enter correct amount(between 1-3 $) to verify your card and to continue use Skrill.Sorry for you but never hear someone is in that situation.All my accounts I have on poker sites and casinos was verify by photos made with mobile phone. Maybe you have problem because you send them with phone,I photos put in comp and then send with e-mail.Don't know how you did that photos but all must be clear visible to read and all documen must be visible(all corners inside).like i told you never had problems only that fees ,that is to much 4,5$ but your money is secure with Skrill,they do that for your protection,they earn enought money by transactions,if they steal money for 10 or 20 people who will posible share that over internet they are gone all users will do withdrwal same day,they are no that stupid. Overall skrill is just perfect,... iff you have any kind off problems,..u can better phone them ,.instead off mailing them,. This can save u some time,.. Skrill is just perfect,..a few years back i won a fair amount off cash on pokerstars,.. And orderd me a atmcard from skrill...it costed at the time 5 euro taken from youre skrill account,. After a week i get the card,..and the next day i got the code in a letter,..for security reasons theydont do it both in one time... It was soo cool first time taking money out off the same atm,..were i get my money from my own bank,..but this time it was my own winnings from poker that they day before i cashed out from pokerstars to skrill.....so sweet first time 250 euro I used it for over a few years,..and will buy for sure another one when my winnings are big again

I use skrill now for many years and i have no Problem with the side.For a few month i must send too my ID card and papers again. But you must not angry to skrill better you kick the ass from the fkn EU politics they make the new fkn laws not skrill.
but your money is secure with Skrill,they do that for your protection,they earn enought money by transactions,if they steal money for 10 or 20 people who will posible share that over internet they are gone all users will do withdrwal same day,they are no that stupid.
