Hi everyone i have problem it seem to be a similiar problem that user olia_ud777 have but it different! I have bonus in august whole 40$ i lose everything fand in my accont i have 0$ . 30 day pass i cant gwet next 50$ i only have 250 POP points. but sometime ago in bankrollmob freeroll tourne i win 5$ 9[pure 5$ no bonus etc.] i play with this 5 $ and make 11.57 $ with my own money i deposit till i have 25$ so i can withdraw sum of 25$ (previusly i asked support that i can do something like this they answer yes offcourse!) so i deposit tnhen when i have 25$ [pure] i cant withdraw money because the told me its 40$ bonus:/ (your payout request (124667) has been Denied at 06:47 on 2008-11-18. A minimum of 450 POP is required before withdrawing free $40.) But its not 40$ free bonus i make that money from 0$ on my own and now i !@$@$#@% up support doesnt answer me till now
update best part email answer about banrollmob freerol where i win 5$ {{The entry for the BankRollMob freeroll is part of the bonus you received. Since you mixed the bonus money with your deposit, you won't be allowed to withdrawal until you earn 450 POP points}} Since when freeroll its bonus part of the account this freeroll was 2 moth later when i get bonus :/
for this i give up im too confused {{Since you received the bonuses the freeroll was offered to you too. Without the bonuses, you wouldn't be able to join the freeroll from BankRollMob.}} :/;/;/;/;

as far as i know you have to earn 450POP before withdraw, no matter if you cash in. so lets say, if you deposit $100 then you can withdraw $60...and for the rest ($40), you have to make 450POP, thats part of the bonus. from the day on you earned your 450POP you can cash out whatever you like to.
im quite sure in this matter. but shaun, the guy from action poker will shop up earlier or sooner and reply to your post/problem...in case i was wrong tho

yeah i had the same problem with tony G poker, i got a $30 no deposit bonus and blew the lot, then around 3 weeks later i deposited $20 and got my balance up to around $200, i tryed to withdraw $180 and i couldnt do it due to the original bonus, i was told if i wanted to cash out i had to leave the original $30 in there which is just crazy, so be very carefull if youve recieved a no deposit bonus from a site your thinking about depositing in, because some cash out restrictions even mean your own money. which is crazy because if this is the case your better off just going else where.
------------ i did read the TaCs, i just thought the cashout restrictions only applied to the original $30, still cant complain though.

what an annoying person you are LEARN AND LISTEN DUDE ... you still have to make 450points it doesn't matter that you made 5$ with freerolls you still have to achieve a certain amount of points before you can withdraw ! thats a normals procedure and it's the same in almost every pokerroom !! so make 200 more points with your money and then you should be able to withdraw
you listen before i deposut my money i ask support they write me yes offcourse that why i dont give up!!! even bankrollmob support write me im right so ...

Its really not worth the effort worrying about it, its only $25 for f**k sake, go and join a 50/1.00 cash table and double up a few times, why do you want to withdraw $25 anyway???
now i have 39$ and want withdraw because time too move to another room ,i never play @ AP more thats why . But it seem to i dont have choice to get this pop points :/ but im very disappoint... thx anyway ... topic to close
