I just watch coaching video, and come to one awesome sentence... it said: "I just assume evry pot is mine, until proven othervise" how awesome this sentence is, and do you agree?
hmmm .... it seems to me that this is in some degree the correct statement ... the Schrodinger cat ..... you can win with absolutely any card ...... like this for example do the Brazilians .... they play completely without brakes ..... of course not all but most players from Brazil ... and they are lucky

Yea, it have a psiquiatric name "megalomaniac delirium" Can shall be a sentence in the middle of a trainig and be coherent with a move or some state of the game. But it couldn´t be a natural sentence that guide your poker´s stile. Nevertheless, it haven´t a practical use, it isn´t it? All we fight in a table for take the pot, but if I think that it is mine what do I do? try to pick up with any two? It seem more like a jocke or a bravado. A way for bother an opponent... I don´t konw...but it don´t make sense for me...

you obv dont understand point... you should never try to win with any 2 unless dude have like 5% VPIP LOL with evry hand you open you assume your hand is best preflop, and if not you have a plan to take the pot... you are not entering pot with attention to loose chips... so this sentence have a lot of sense, thats why i liked it so much

sounds a bit like doyle brunson: i dont fold as long as i have outs
i dont mind losing a few pots. in my opinion they key is to win the big pots. or in other words to take his whole stack. you may win a few hands but watch out if i hit big and lure you in. so i dont quite agree. but on the other side.. this saying or sentence has a bit of self-confidence which is always great to have to be succesfull.

I think that these sentence, and what we think about it, it´s related with the different kind of player we are. Since the nit to the super loose, our play´s stiles, our range of cards and our motivacional senteces are only aproppiated for each player´s personality. We all could be winners, in each personal way. But in the long term, only the flexible player will can win in ever the situacion. It isn´t it?

I see all of you missunderstand it... if you think about it... evry single pot you enter, you are not entering to lose money or chips... you are entering to win it... so its just so simple...I would never enter pot if I dont think I will win it... its so simple...
for example yesterday I had a situation when a player with a short stack raised a bet and I was tempted by his bounty .... I had 44 .... on the table 35689 ..... it seems so .... my opponent is going olline .. .. I answered and got a bounty for him .... he had an ace and something else .... no matches

Maybe we are not talking about the same thing... He said (or you wrote) "EVERY pot....is mine...", I answer to these sentence and think that it´s megalomaniac. Obviously that if you are speaking about the pot wich you are fighting, if you don´t think that you can win it -and then "it´s yours"- you are a suicide or masochistic. Minimun very very loose. Chatting we can arrive to agree, inclusive in our diference. I don´t want to have all the reason, I only want to make a point. My point of view

It´s good one, but it should not be taken lightly. One must have good knowledge to realize when they are proving that the pot is not one's.
Although it is not exactly what it refers to, I think it has to do with the mentality of each player's game. As someone said before, loose or Nit.
I know that in this case he does not say it in that sense because here one is already in the pot, which does not mean that he plays all the pots. What is going is, that once he has decided to enter the pot, he fights him to death.
I think it can be taken into account in cases of head ups, or final tables in MTT, but I do not see it that way in regular games

LUL teddy I had to tell that because here comes ligador who didnt get sentece and took a lot of text analizing it.. it was coaching for cash game and its sweenie (splitsuit) that told this sentence, and its literaly true for evry single player that play poker, no matter if its nitty or loose... evry single one who enters the pot... unless you enter the pot with intention to fold right away and gift someone chips...
