Thanks! Yes, I contacted the support but there is no solution in their answer. I still can not use the winning bonus.

Sandmanilo the best!!! I go there and, like 11aha11 I couldn´t accesed to the slots. Then I came here again and readed that I need to contact support. I goes there and accessed to the live chat. They asked me and I told what happened, then it began the usual waitting for the sistem´s consult. Long minutes and the message "Sorry to keep you waiting. It’s taking longer than expected, but I should have the answer for you soon. Can you hold for a few more minutes?". After two or three more message asking me for patient, they gave me a link for access to the slots. And then I had a funy idea: I wrote "wait a moment please" and goes for the link. I look for the slot, start playing and time to time I wrote in the chat " a few moments please". When I finished ($0,90), after two or three message more I gave the thanks to the support. yesterday I had 5 free spins on age of egypt slot (I think that is right name of slot),but got only 0,24 e!today I got 2 e to use on bonanza slot,but when I want to claim prize,he move on that page and I see that I have that promotion,but I cant opt in or when I open bonanza slot,there is nothing!will cobtact support later to ask where is problem!

Hi dule-vu, live chat it´s a good support´s service I can sured you of it. I make them a joke, but they helped me and I could play. The promotion are better than 888Casino. There the graphics (and the intentions) they were confuses. But here the process are very clear, You acces to the Claim Prize buttom, select the slot (Age of Egypt or something like that) and when the slot start a message says that you have 5 chances. So when you start to spin they count the spin clearly (5, 4, 3, ...) and don´t let you to spin again. Honest 100%!

Hey pajalnick how you could lost money with the promotion? So you betted again when ith finish or what? had you a broken pocket? Tell me please because I make a lot of mistakes and I ccould fall into any trap. In this case you was induced to play with a confuse graphics or you are fully conscius of your move/bet? I dont agree,...i think i cashed out 5 ore six times, counting from october last year

The infatuation ended... I went today into the Sandmanilo´s promo. I entered well, I scrachted well and I had my $5 bonus....BUT! No more gift, there said that if I want the bonus I have to stake $ 5. I was desilutionate, so I went for my $ 0,90 of my prizethat I won yesterday...it´s not! The ugly witch of the pennies maked desappear them! It´s no fair! At least they would had gave me the first pennies that I won! I don´t believ any more in fairy tales!
