The error seems to be related to Cortana and many Windows 10 users complained about it. The most annoying thing about this freaking error message (which appears every 2 minutes) is that I need to manually restart my Windows 10 computer at least a couple of times every time after my computer goes through update process, in order to get rid of the error message and restore Cortana.

I haven't had that issue, but then again I don't use cortana, for any thing, its bad enough being forced to use google talk,I hate that,I don't even want to or ever want to use those things, just to spy on me,the real kicker for me is trying to turn off google talk on my phone.

I use windows 10 a long time ago and have never had that problem. It is true that I use cortana very little, but I use something. Maybe it could be due to something else that you have installed

There are many preinstalled apps that are uninstallable, and that's quite annoying.

Several Windows security patches recently installed on my PC are the most likely culprits that cause the error.

I was also occasionally having a problem opening the start menu, which was a real pain in the arse. That had been a persistent issue until a week or so ago. Now the issue seems to be fixed. Windows 10 is definitely not the most stable operating system I have ever used.

My PCs just upgraded to Windows 10 version 1803 and now I have to tweak numerous parameters. People say there is no such thing as a free lunch or there is no free lunch to mean you cannot expect to get things for free of charge. Yeah right.
