Hi Papushcat, It does not help much that I say you that, before create an tracked acount, you should have to read the Terms & Conditions that were in the Bank Roll page, but you can use this advise in the future. There, in the Bank Roll page, are a list with the countries where the promo it´s not avaiable: Austria, Chile, Croatia, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Russian Federation, Sweden and Switzerland (Mexico don´t be there), and the buton for claim the bonus (if your country it´s half banned like mine, Argentina) be partial banned in grey.
