How deep can a fall be?  0
If you remember, I started to play sit and go, after a life playing freerols only. I starte the 888´s s&g of ten cents and ten seats. I began to see that my bankroll grow up (slowly but non stoped) and then I arrive to the 40 cents bankroll limit ($ 20) and began to play in there. First as some shots to the up level, and then only $0,40 s&g. But Saturday afternoon I began to lost table by table. First: one lost, one ITM, then three lost one ITM, I warning for this downing and went to $ 0,10. To the Saturday night I lost six S&G in a row and stop playing. Sunday I started very carefully but every flip, and every bubble are resolved against me. New six losted matches again....agonically, I maked first place in the last sit. I´m afraid to start playing today but...it´s a part of the game, it isn´t it? Smile

it's good to take a break for a few days in this poker room. This rule is recommended by some cameras when you lose.

how deep a fall an be? well actually as deep as the floor, once you hit it that's the end of fall. in your case since we are talking about gambling, your fall can be as deep as a bankroll of zero dollaros. this is when you have to either redeposit or try to build your roll form freerolls.

This happens to all players, sometimes there a only days you will lose all big hands, sometimes theres weeks, and sometimes you can not win for months,Every player have this Bad runs.Pros too you can read this by many Pros.
The only think you can do is first look at your game if you maybe play wrong.
When you not find a mistake in your game you can only play and hope for a good run.
I have different sites so i can change to play on a other site maybe more lucky there.
Hope you got a better run the next days GL

maragatero, as you already know, every poker player inevitably experiences downswings at some point in their career. It's important to keep your head high and follow what you believe is right. Try to become methodical yet unpredictable. Hopefully your losing streak will eventually subside.

maragatero, unfortunately it's really a part of the game. Sometimes losing streaks can last long. When you start to play real-money tournies instead of freerolls, you should prepare that your bankroll can move down as well as grow up. Don't take this losses to heart, just stay calm, play your best game and you'll succeed. Good luck! Thumbs Up

Thanks my friends for your kindles word, and Pochui joke...
Always somebody tell about this I explain him that this is a part of the poker, and the only that he could do was be calm and no enter in tilt. I did this, I down a level of Buy In and played less tables. But this hurt to me... It seems like you are the worst player with the worst habilities...
Another thing that I propose to a downswinger was look for a good lover... anybody have a pretty granma or an oldie aunt that be lonely? Big Smile

This kind of things always happen. Remember to never be on tilt, for bad results.
It is good to realize the bad time, and do as you did. Stop for a few days. Maybe re-read about poker and sit down and see if you're doing something wrong or it's bad luck.

Maybe you can raise a hand where you lost all your stack or a good part of it and see if there was an error or not. The important thing is that you analyze your game beyond the result. Sometimes it's the variance that plays against you.
Keep playing as you started and the favorable results will return

Thanks ligador37...here I´m going. Playing almost a few of cheap sits and confirming that the variance still keep there. Pros say that the variance could be fighted with volume of play. But the advice us that we have to have 300 BI for be secure against her. With that perspective I only could play $ 0,10 and in all case I play it very carefully. Continium of lost is the worst thing that you could be happened.
Another matter, with wich program you analize your hands? I´m playing 888, you know some program that works in there? Confused

For now I do not play on that site. I intend to do it shortly, at least start playing the freerolls there are (if there are any). I think once I made an account there but I did not play much to see the site well. That's why I could not tell you what program to use. Maybe on the page of the site there may be some tool, or in the game itself, as in PS that just after the play is the boom icon, to upload it.

In addition to what my wise friend maragatero have said, I think that 888's freerolls are currently the best in the poker industry. If you like to play for free, I highly recommend you playing in this room.

Thanks again!
In 888 there are plenty of freeroll but you have to know how you can look for it. First I recommend to see what promotion are valid, and make a deposit. In this days are a promo $ 5000 freeroll ticket with $ 30 of deposit. The tournament are an all in fight, and since $ 3 to $ 5 are garanted if you haven´t luck. This depositing make you allow to do the daily Spin of Wheel (changes its name every so often) where you can win tickets and another gift. If you want to download the app, you could have a daily Spin more in your smart phone. Then you could see in Restricted some freeroll that be in your interest and look for the password in the net (for example: pokerglobal.info). When you play with cash (cash, s&g, MTT, etc) betting or casino playing, you make points for Club (+- 1 point for each $ 0,01 of rake), and there you have everyday freerolls for each level (+5, +10, etc). Good luck!

I believe that next week I will start to prove it; both 888 and party poker, and we'll see how it goes. I hope there is some promotion for that date!
I'll keep you updated to see how it goes. Anything if I do not find the tournaments I consult maragatero, but I think I will not have problems.
Question: can it be that to play the freerolls in PartyP you need to make a deposit first? In 888 is it the same?

I think no, ligador37, when I created each one of this acounts I could never have used my money (the principles of the misery), so I must have taken advantage of some promotion of free money (years ago this was usual) and bonus. Eventually, you could make your acount trough some promotion (now are valid the promo that I wrote above) and then, if it is convenience, you could make a deposit. But don´t forget to do this trough BRM. If you do this you have garantized a freeroll in PP on sunday (that I cann´t play Sad ). Good luck and your ask it´s welcome! Blink

Yesterday I downloaded the party poker software, and I could not play any freeroll. He asks me to make a deposit before to activate the real money account. Also I can not deposit, because the site has apparently been blocked by new regulations in the country. But I think it has only affected the deposit system that I used and not the game itself.

If you lose too much, take a break. If you can't stop, it is one of the biggest aware that you may be addicted. And yes, I make it serious... If you don't know when to stop, you may call for help.
Of course, you may play only on low stakes, 1/2/5c but problem with stop might be serious.

And, on other hand, take a break, do something different, go out from house Big Smile It's springtime Smile Maybe after some time, if you start again, it will be better? Thumbs Up

Well Party Poker haven´t much freeroll tournament. I only know one in Monday anounced in BRM, that not need to be tracked, One in Sunday, only for player who has been created your acount by BRM, and two more $250 Bankroll booster and **affare something that I no remember when it play. But PP have changed too much and all his tournaments and satellites have a BI, minimun, but no freeroll. Every so often PP launch a good promo and you could win some tickets. But I really keep with 888´s room. And I advise you to use Neteller, it works with every poker´s room. Blink

Actually, the site asks me to make a deposit for tournaments that are totally free. I've seen if there are other tournaments with buy in 0.01, but I can not even play buy $ 0 tournaments, without first depositing. Maybe they changed some things since you registered in PP. Maybe they accept paysafecard like in PS.
Anyway, maybe these days I try 888

I think, as you know, that with 888 you do the best business. You have to see the promotion, I think that they give $ 8 free bankroll, tickets for freeroll of new player and bonus. Then you remember all that I wrote above and ask me if you need. But, PartyPoker don´t give you a welcome package? I think that they give $ 20 in free BR, bonus and some tickets.. And you remembered to do the suscription trough BRM? There are a special freeroll in Sunday that only can play if you have a tracked acount..
Well, good luck in this weekend and prepare yourself for the next longer weekend! Blink
