It´s an international decision for the Norther countries? There is not aplicable a popular speach who say "not by early morning dawns earlier"....Don´t like to me this translate, in spanish "no por mucho madrugar amanece mas temprano" maybe your personal online translator works better than mine. So I have to advance my own schedule. In general, that is convenience for me. Now I could play some tournament that before started to 23:30, and for a working day it´s too late. But, this it´s happending all the years or just for the current year?

Look at this...what international organization! We, in Argentina, only change our schedule when the sistems are in energy crisis. In that case, the goverments become crazy decisors! Years ago, each province taked your own schedule (you have to think in a spread geography spectrum), and curious situacion was happened. I live in Carmen de Patagones, Buenos Aires province and, going through the 300 mts of Rio Negro river, in Viedma city, Rio Negro province, they had 2 hours later schedule! Think that are people who live in one city and works in the another, childs in the school...a madness! But however, you make the point, it give me a new chance to become rich!!!

Yes it's normal. They do it every year. In Uruguay it was also done in times of crisis, and it saves a lot. I think it's something that can always be done, it yields a lot. But in my country, restaurant owners complained that if the time change was made, people did not go to dinner early.
