Hello,anyone too have problems with the 888 Promotion link. Yesterday works all fine,but today i have a black screen where you can See normaly the promtions.I can See no Promos not the treasure quest, not the Spins nothing. I try it over the Browser its the same. I play only with the Android APP,so i dont know its happens by PC too I write to support,but thats take a while. Maybe anyone here have the same problem

The software of 888poker room has some errors sometimes. I'm trying to get into my profile, special, tickets, casino, bettting etc... and it is not possible. I'm getting out of the soft and i login again. If that does not work then wait a few minutes. These errors are fixed quickly. If they have a bigger problem then it will take longer but this happens very rarely.

Thx but thats not help ,i clear my data and install the Software again,nothing help in moment,i use the support chat,they are say all its OK with my account,so i must Walt for the E-Mail support
I'm playing on a desktop computer and I'm fine with the display of promotions in a poker client 888poker .... although yesterday or the day before yesterday there was a time when I did not have tournaments in the lobby .. there was not a single one ... I reinstalled the software and everything worked as it should
Not sure if this helps at all but sometimes on my phone (my phone runs Android Oreo) I have quite the trouble accessing any kind of promotional page from others as well. WillHill, Party, Bet365, Unibet - does not matter - many times they come up as blank pages. Not everytime but just enough which makes me question isn't my service provider messing with me...

Hi watoba, I think that the problem could be about the decition of 888 of updating the password of all your members. The site was crushed out for a while, and the poker´s client don´t recognize the new password! It continued make the requeriment for change the stuff!!

He posted that it is the same when he try opening in the browser, so not just the app/software making him trouble.

I understand bowie1984, but I said that the password problem maked crushed the site, not the app. I had problems (and it continues) in both support: cell and PC. I couldn´t make my first million today...what a shame!
