Instead of just paying Aussie Matt Kirk back all of the $3 million he borrowed (during their late-night poker session in 2017 at the Aria casino in Las Vegas) and get on with his life in peace, King's Casino owner Leon Tsoukernik has yet again filed a second countersuit against the poker pro who loaned him the cash.
How ridiculous can this get? The person who borrowed the money (to which casino's[...] Read more » Leon Tsoukernik files another Countersuit, this time saying Matt Kirk conspired with Aria to bleed him dry

This Leon Tsoukernik should be fined by justice with two million dollars extra and anothers compensations for Matt Kirk because is a man with a ghetto character. He found a pitiable excuse and seeks to find a way through his lawyers for not to pay that money to the professional player Matt Kirk. Leon T. is a big jerk.
of course Leon Tsukernik does not inspire confidence in me .... if you took money in debt then you need to give them and not invent different ways to avoid it .... Leon Zukernik is quite a rich man and he can give money without problems ... but he behaves not appropriate ... rogue

however, it remains to be seen how this process will end. I wish this Leon Tsoukernik to lose that process to pay the debt and more but he should be banned for a while in other casinos. It is not normal , and i do not understand why the law has not taken tougher measures, since it has so many witnesses.

There is no reason giving away money like that. You can lose money with signatures and contracts, imagine how easy to lose it this way. Some times, crabs in your pocket help a lot, to avoid similar situations
