I can only think of reality. I would have only a chance of 100,000 to win such a tournament. You can not fight with so many very good players because they only know how to fold, fold or fold when you have a good cards. Are experienced players and we remain with imagination.

Too many players to win that tournament. And with that 10k buy in, the return of investment was huge He can have many fails from now on,with all that winnings I dont know a single one from the final table winners.

well yeah kinda big field have to admit, but it depends on who are we comparing this filed to... say a stars freeroll with $200 prizepool and 20k entrants fighting it out for the mega prize of 40 dollaros or around 1.1k entrants and a life changing 1st prize of 1.7 millions of euros...

Yes big event, expensive buyin of 10,000 euros and also bug prize pool of more than 11 millions of euros. Of course i too like to play such tournament, but buyin is to big to me for 100 times 😀 congratulations to the winner
1700000 euros of course a huge prize ... and the winner certainly deserved it ... a big risk when there are more than 1000 players ... in such a tournament besides a good game you also need luck .... but the winner is only one and this time it's Pascal Lefrancois .... congratulations

"' a life changing 1st prize of 1.7 millions of euros..."' (pochui) is for a normal person with head on his shoulders. For a gambler is something to worry a lot,and many sleepless nights. Final table was a tough battle, four hours to kick the 9th from the table.Congratulations for the winner

you can win a sum of money but to learn to play poker as these professionals are very hard. Young players can do it but we who have 37-38 years we have other obligations and not much time to lose with strategy. There are some exceptions with people who have more time but for most not.

Massive congratulations must go out to Pascal LeFrancois from Canada on winning the main event and earning €1.7 million. I bet he is still on cloud nine! It must have been exhilarating for his friends and family as well.
