Ha Ha it's like any other draw it,s a loto and luck play's 100% in the outcome each one ticket has one chance of wining a prize.
There was a story in one of the UK newspapers a few years ago about a Yob who spent all his unemployment money in the pub and did not have the money to bye his next pint so put his last pound on the lottery and won the jackpot.
