hmm. this is very frustrating story. If I understand it, other players played up with each other against you. But if it's true, it's hard to prove it, I think.

Doomdy talked about this before. Basically two guys were talking in chat in a foreign language and chip dumping on each other when one got low... scum bags.
Yeah for sure it's very very frustrating as it happened at high level ( $10 is big buy in as Sit & Go ) I'm so sorry for doomdy everything went against him at PKR.

hmm seems a little suspicious, if they could prove collusion they should refund you, but the fact they dont tell you the outcome at all means they could easily lie

No not everything went against me, i like playing at PKR and it boosted my bankroll a lot. I never had troubles there and when i did support allways satisfied me with a refund or other stuff. Support on PKR is 1 of the greatest i think but this issue is very frustrating cause i was tracking this 2 people for months, allways suspicious. I this game it was so obvious chipdump, there was even a very annoying showing cards of a folding straight
I know after this day they get a chatban and i noticed i am not seeing them anymore so maybe they got banned also i dont know. So at this points PKR did a good job, but what about refunding the players on this game who where a victim?

Support are there to get a hard time if things go wrong. That's their job, doomdy was more than polite, a lot more polite than I would ever be if this happened and I didn't get a the result I wanted.
Doodmy, if you're making them $700 in rakea month then this is a very poor move by them. Refunding you're $10 is nothing, they should realise its more about principle than anything else....

Have you any idea what language thay were talking or what country there from. As PKR will not run on my computer i don't know if it tells you this or not, like you can Pokerstars. I have seen this happen on Pstars and if you put the mouse pointer on there name you usley see that thay are from the same town so it a good bet thay are working together.

If you think you got cheated, simply withdraw your money from PKR and move to another room/network. Stars, Tilt and ipoker all have a lot of SnGs running.

I dont know if collusion was proved, for sucurity reasons support cant tell me. For me it was too obvious they did chipdumping every 4 outof 5 hands really crazy. And 2 persons bettin against each other is difficult to prove i know but there was a nuts folding of a straith

Yes i can withdraw my money and move on to Ipoker sure. But fact is, its the best room i ever played, like it there and make profit there. Had some troubles in the past and every time support did fix it. In this case they did not, so maybe its too difficult to prove collusion.....

That sucks doomdy, I would try to contact support again. I had a PKR account and got in an argument with support and I told them to delete my account, they did and they said I can't create another account for 6 months. I think I will try the double rakeback deal after 6 months.
I also contacted Action Poker support 1 time and they didn't want to give me my free ticket I won in the email. They finally gave me the silver rings and than took them back the next day. I was pissed lol. First support guy I talked to, was just going in circles with him but I talked to another support guy and proved to him that Action Poker made a mistake and he gave me a free seat in some tournament that I got knocked out AK against 3s.

Hate being old smart but I told you doomdy PKR sucks big time. Their kindergarden software sucks, their support sucks and their players sucks which I guess was your reason for playing there. Imagine how stupid they must be to not give you 10$ wether it was right or wrong. If you rake 700$ pr month and they could keep you raking min 700$/month(guess you are moving up with time) for years to come but not willing to pay 10$ to satisfy you......DOHH that's not buisness minded.
Im highest VIP level on Betfred and allmost highest on Party and both sites kiss my ass when I contact them, which they should for the money I rake for them month after month years to come. Soon I expect they send me free blow jobs in the weekend
Last time I complained about something was on Betfred(had a litlle discussion with the std support was allmost redlining) and 5-6 hours later I received an apology from VIP support, 500$ bonus on my account and entry to 20$ tour boooom and like that we were friends again
So find another site with players + blind structure you like and grind it up, the game will get plenty on your nerves by it self so the support should support you, take you serious and not get on your nerves.

Agree with M3turbo, switch it no matter how hard it is. You don`t have to close account just take money and wait till they finally appreciate your time and money you rake every month.
