Today i talked to support and told them nr1 reason i dont like pkr anymore is they dont do action against collusion. They told me the investication of my reported cheat wasnot over yet, very strange cos a week ago they told me the discision was final

I always have this kind of problems with the support in any place, each passing day there are more idiots working on support systems and PKR does not seem to be the exception.

I understand you doomdy, i dont have problems if i loose 100$ in one game against stronger hand but if i loose even one cent on some kind of fraud i would be very unsatisfied with that. But this decision not to give you 10$ and you make 700$ rake per month is idiotic. I joined PKR few days ago, game is pretty slow but there is so many fishes and really isnt problem to finish 1st. or 2nd. in 6 max SNG.

Let me first thank you for bringing this to our attention. Without diligent players such as yourself keeping the PKR community honest our jobs as collusion investigators would certainly be a lot harder. You'll be happy to know that we have concluded our investigation into the players ' xxxxxx' and ' xxxxxxxxxxxxx'.
The first course of action in such investigations is to establish a link between the two players. While I cannot go into detail regarding our investigation methods, I can tell you that we were not able to connect these players through any shared technical information (the only link is that they are from the same Province). Additionally, we did not observe an irregular amount of shared hands between the players that would be any cause for alarm. Obviously this does not rule out the possibility of collusion however as we do require concrete evidence within the hand histories themselves to take permanent disciplinary action.
Industry standards dictate that we must gather as much information as possible before taking action on accounts. This is because a single, isolated incident like this (especially involving two players with no previous connection) can be defended by arguments of a 'mis-click' or 'mis-read'. Banning players and seizing their money thus is not justifiable in a situation like this. I hope you can understand this and why we cannot take any permanent action on the accounts at this time.
We do however share your suspicion of these players as a result of their general association on the site. As such, we have entered their usernames into a database and will conduct a review on the accounts from time to time to ensure clean play. Needless to say, if they are found to be colluding during any subsequent investigation their accounts will be closed accordingly.
In short, all we can act on are the hands themselves and at this time we have not seen one play that could be considered a deviation from what would be expected given the cards and the circumstances. However, should you see any actual examples of plays from these players in the future please email in and we will investigate.
