Of cause he can participate. It is just the question how the other players will react if he is on their table. I guess no one likes it to get nagged for 8-10 hours in a row throughout the hole tournament.

I do not think there is any impediment to not playing the WSOP. Another thing is that he wants to play. Possibly he wants to play Poker Live again, and for that he must first apologize.
Would not it be nice if they crossed paths at a WSOP Ferguson vs Negreanu table?
Or at the final table? The only bad thing about the final table is that it would imply that Ferguson would be charging good money

Every man who participated in this ugly strategy has his share of guilt but in this big scandal that was in April 11, 2011 only the players suffered. It'a a shame i know but i understand that the money of these players was finally paid. This is a correct decision and i would like the full tilt to return to the old software if possible. I think poker was more beautiful then than today. Chris Ferguson is also guilty but in the end this story is over.

No matter what has happened, ha can play any game he likes, be it tournament or not.
And his opponents the only thing they can do is to beat him on his game.
And pretty much thats it. Smile
It seems we will be seeing him often from now on...

Let's not make this case a real story because the money of the eligible players was eventually returned after 3-4 years and this is very good. From my point of view Chris Ferguson must not be banned from playing poker real or live. If the players were losing their money, then they deserve punishment with jail but when the money is returned is ok with a little punishment.
