I play on partypoker but my account was in dollars and i am an EU resident. The exchange rate coste me to much. I asked for a currency change. This was possible, only i was not able to play live dealer games and place sports bets.
Ok i was fine with that. Long story short. My currency is changed to euros and i can not play a lot slot games any more. For example when i click these slots, this happens
A) Book of dead - message: something went wrong internal Error
B) Vikings go to hell - Seems to work but when clicking spin - message: User can not play on that currency EUR, expected USD
C) Star Bust - message: The syste is temprorarily unaivlable. Please try again later (002: Error Occured in System)
D) Chili Heat. Slot works but displays my moneybalance in dollars while my account is in Euros. This is and can not be right and normal.
E) Flaming fox - message: service error. Invalid currency
Contacted partypoker 4 times now and their response is. Their is nothing wrong with your account. Some games are simple not playable in Euro currency. I think this is a bullshot reaction.
Therefore my question: Are there any players here that play on partypoker these slots like for example Book of dead and have their account in Euros? or do they get the same messages and errors i get with half or more than half of their slot games?

if I understand you right,you play casino games trough poker software?I know that you can play games just fine from desktop version of party casino site and there is no mistake with games! you change of currency should not have affect on playing games!

you will certainly not be able to play some games because they are programmed in dollars and it is impossible to immediately calculate your earnings in euros,that's why dule-vu gave you a good suggestion you can open a desktop version there you can play in euros
i play in the browser to and in the app, but both the same problems. The only awnser i get from partypoker is that some games can not be play in a certain currency. I am looking for people who say they can play book of dead (for example) in euros at partypoker. That i know for sure their awnser is b******t and something went wrong when they changed my currency from dollars to euros. At least half of the slotgames i can not play anymore, with like i said different errors after they changed my currency. They offer to chang it back but i pay about 5% in exchange rate costs so i want euros and i especially am not gonna pay multiple times for currency changes.

I play in the broser, desktop version to and i get the same errors and messages like i wrote down in my first post. I made screenprints but they keep holding on that there is nothing wrong and some games can not be played in euros. It is more than half of the games and book of dead is the most played game on there site. This can not be the most played game if people with an account in euros can not play this game, right?

As previously communicated some slots are available only in a certain currency and that is why you are getting those error messages.
But in live chat, just before my currency change, 3 different employees said evrything cold be played after the currency change, except live dealer games, and placing sport bets. Now i can not play half of the games or more. I can not believe that if i would have no account at all at partypoker. I would open one today in euros, i could not play half or more than half of their slot games. Even not the most popular one, that can not be the most popular (i think) if all people with a balnce in euros can not play this game and have to play other games. Also it does not really make sense what they are saying and i think it is not because my balance is euros, but because of the currency change that did not went well that i can not play certain games. I only need partypokercasino players with a balnce in euro that can confirm that they can or can not play games like book of dead. Than i know for sure if partypoker is right or wrong in there statement.

if only problem is on what software you play,then just play at casino software or desktop page!but its much better at desktop version,they have some problems with casino software,bug lot of time! and you will have better promotions and cashback option,just for playing!
They probably have jurisdiction issues, I cannot play a couple dozen games at WillHill Casino despite having euro account there as well. I recommend what the others said, if you definitely want to play at PartyCasino then download their software to do it (where poker, casino and live games are together). However ther currencz exchange rates wont be better in near future thats for sure so I'd look into other casinos with similar or better slot selection instead.

Not big experts in this situation but i think it is not good situation because you change currency you cannot play some slots games, i think it is no different situation if you play with dollars account or euros account. To ke very strange situation

If you want o play all the games they have and you used to play there, then change the currency again to USD. You will have to pay exchange of course once more, but at least you will be able to play your favorite games. It happens in many sites to have such restrictions.

this is more strange,because you now have euro currency,not dollar and all of this slot are mad most for euro play!so this is very bad for you and support didnt gave you right informations!just try this slot at desktop version of party casino!

I rarely play slots but the few times I do I always use my browser and play att PartyCasino, not PartyPokerCasino. I never get any errors or issues, but I use $. Maybe it's different with € but it might be worth a try.

That is why I am saying maybe not the currency the real issue here rather than Party not making sure you have the same selection available 4u like everybody else.

would be nice that he solve this problem,but for most important is that he asked before live support and that they told him that everything will be fine,so its their mistake and they should make this right! this should be no problem to change it,but now he have!
