About the interface, I was playing a freeroll and if I have to put a score on the interface, I put it a 5/10. Maybe I'm harsh but the truth is that I was somewhat uncomfort there.

i was doing the same mistake. this is only meant if your changing your address. but since you havent fill in your address yet you cant change anything. you have to click on "deposit" - there you can enter your address then
edit: nothin will happen upsi, go enter your address

My bankroll was rejected at first for some reason, but I've contacted the live support (Thomas) and he said to me they would contact Virgin poker, and no problem, my Bankroll will be there, just be patient.

Go to the Virgin Poker site and click on "Deposit" after entering your account. You will be able to change your personal information, after clicking "Submit", go back to "My profile" and your information will be changed.
