Great day for Polish poker. And it's a sad, that he can't do that in our homeland due to our shitty government.

No. It's illegal. It was a famous case in Poland, when people organize poker to play for charity on some festival, etc. The KAS (Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa - National Revenue Administration) went to this tournament, and arrest the players and organisers. It's very strange, because some Polish people, famous in world poker, must play abroad. The online poker like PokerStars, PartyPoker etc it's hard to block, because they use software. But some illegal sites, like famous online bookmachers are closed. Bet365, bet-at-home, etc. It's very stupid.
It's only legal to play poker recreative, but it mustn't be any prize for this. If you organise playing poker with prizes - it become illegal.

In Romania we can play only Pokerstars, 888Poker and Unibet. From August or September 2016 only these 3 rooms. Same thing with casinos and sports betting ( only few ). This happens because the rest do not want to pay the annual license. In Poland is very, very bad. I hope the situation returns to your favor.

The government only accept companies who are willing to pay the taxes in Poland. But many companies are registered on tax paradises, like Gibraltar, Malta, Man Isles or something. So they were banned. Now we can sport bet only in Polish companies, but all of foreign is banned. Here is the banned list: https://www.hazard.mf.gov.pl/ This situation lasts since March 2017.

what a great win for this doctor!to make such a success from 250 $ satellite and to win over 1 million e is one of not many stories in poker life!now he can enjoy in this prize and to play even bigger tournaments!who know what we will read about him in future!

Yes it is of course life changing amount of money. I not even know what i do if i win one million of dollars, maybe buy villa in some warm country, maybe yacht, new car and have some good time in restaurants, play poker in casino

And this is a fine example, that you can win a small fortune in poker, by just playing satellites Not easy to happen, but it does. So when you get a chance to play for a satellite, just go for it. You might end up in the money, with a huge payout, out of nowhere

probably he have money for playing poker for bigger amount,when he is doctor,but this amount will change everything in his life for sure!who know where is limit for him now and would be nice to see him at bahamas at poker stars big tournament!
