Same here... I downloaded the software from the link on the main page of Backrollmob and it said that I was rejected because it wasn't tracked from there.. but I got the link from the main page.. I requested a review, they did and it still came back the same.. So don't hold your breath, you may choke waiting.

Ok, great, just wondering cuz I received an email saying I'd been paid, but I haven't. Virgin support says there's a backlog though. I'm just a little bored, need something to do, lol.

ok just had from Bank' support - "Not tracked = You made something wrong when you signed up at the poker room in question and now they cant see that we have referred you."

Mind explaining WHAT i did wrong when you've obviously had problems with this signup - I didn't "DO" anything wrong ,I followed the instructions and i'm clearly not the only one who had problems so it's insulting to just say that. You say not to contact Virgin butthat's just what i'm doing if I can't get an explanation here.

Just to make the point - I contacted Bank' support before they posted 'don't contact support' above - this is in response to an email sent by Bank to me.

I received an email last night saying the money is now in my account, still isn't there though. Virgin told me it would only be a few hours, that there's a backlog, but it's been about 18 hours.

This is totally not for me. I made account trought BRM's link! Also contacted virgin poker's support and they told me to ask from bankrollmobs team what's the problem. but they always say, "do not contact us. please"

I can see you've created an account but there is not enough information on it. You will need to go through that step first for your information to be updated:

If you would like to update your details, (address, phone number, etc) please go to www.virgingames.com/poker. Please hit the deposit tab. Then you'll be asked to fill in your details.

This step should allow the bonus in your Virgin account. However, Bankrollmob can still refuse this bonus if the information is wrong or if you've registered to more bonuses allowed in their terms and conditions.

I've got a mail today saying my acc is not tracked back to bankrollmob when i'm very sure i used their link to down load the software. can the admin tell me if its a mistake? coz apparently all this mess was to be cleared by monday but i got my mail just only

You need to contact our support if you want your request processed again, but we don't have any other information than what virgin tells us, if they say "not tracked to bankrollmob", then it doesn't matter what on earth somebody might have done during signup. not tracked = not being paid, simple as that, even though it might suck and you don't feel you did anything wrong. Unfortunately tracking isn't always 100% safe, ie. if your computer is blocking certain cookies or clearing cookies too fast, or if you already had an old tracking cookie on your computer from somebody else etc. Lots of things can go wrong - so always clear your cookies before signing up and make sure you're not running a load of "internet security" programs or paranoid antivirus software.

Yeah, mine is rejected again... I guess it was because my personal data at the cashier was blank.

but i didnt know cookies could cause such trouble. so best thing is to delete cookies before installing software i guess.

hi im still wating for my bankroll from virgin poker after i was told to wait till monday as i was one of the unlucky ones to get the rejection anyone know anything that is going on as i have been very patent
