Hi Max1403, what´s your problem? You have to explain what do you did, and what was the bad functioning. When I registered there, I went to Bankroll page, click "Info" in Breakout poker space, then "click here" to go to Breakout page. There is explain about the steps (download, sign up) and in the BRM page explain that you have to verify your account to receive your bonus. THAT´S THE PROBLEM!!! All the poker´s room has made the worst improve their verify method for security reason. You have to be patient

is there any connection problem to enter the site downloaded from the game already I created my account I can not connect to the server ??

You downloaded and installed the poker´s client, and then you can't connect to the main server? You are waiting enough time for it? The poker´s client is complex and heavy, so you need a good connexion to make this. In my city, I have an only 3Mg internet connection and always takes a lot of time. And sometimes when I´m playing the connection is lost and I have to restart

I have 2 mega internet here in Brazil I think my Android phone does not support the download of the site
