Today I had a ticket to a tournament of slots (???) in that Casino, with $ 500 in prizes. I never played something like that so, despite I don´t like the slots, I was intrigued. I open the official page with 5 minutes to the starting time, I made the Login, I look for the tournament in the menu and I wait for something happen. The time arrived, the name of the tournament disappear off the menu and...nothing! I write to the live chat (I have to wait for an operator), he looks for a solution for a while and then he said that the tournament was finished. I said that the house should fix the bug and give me another ticket. He said that support would have to analyze the problem and give me feedback...

Hello maragetero I also played there but i not win anithing,ther choice of slots are from 1940 year thats wery sad from one casino, did u have registered on tournament i see 32 players are played this and first 10 are in prize with 200 for winner

Yes semikarla, i´m registered there when I receive an email inviting to do this around 2 weeks ago. When I login in the page yesterday, I confirmed that I was registered, I open the menu where was this tournament and another "Blue...something. I have time so I changed to another page in the browser. When the start time arrived I was to Big Dollar again and the announce of the tournament wasn´t in the menu and nothing happened....

problems can happen and too bad that this happend to you,especially when you didnt change this prize for lottery ticket and you wanted to play!now will be good that they offer some ticket for another tournament,if they have something like that in future and if this wasnt only new years offer!good luck!

I now understand what you are wrong wehn you are regioster foer that tourney you will see loby with al other participiants in that tourney played 30 plus players, and there are no late regostration and you need only to start some slots and thats all tourney started and you can change slots not only one slot thats your error

I don´t understand. I was registered and I had open the page and the menu of the tournament. Nothing happened! Only the name of the $ 500 Slot tournament disappears off the menu of tournaments. I knew that there is no late registration, for that matter, I open all and log in some minutes before the start time

if they have this kind of tournaments every week at their site,then its not problem for them to give you again ticket to play!but if this was only promotion for new year,then this will be problem to play again! but for me this tournament isnt something special,because you can win 200 $,but you can withdraw max 100 $ and you have to deposit at least 20 $!so this is not something good and I change 5 of this winnings for lottery tickets!

I had understood that the formula was worst than it, I think that you have to wager five times the amount that you win. If the matter is like you said dule-vu, I will reinforce my demand! I was claimed because I think that I had a right that couldn´t exercise, only for that (and don´t less than it!). I claimed as a defrauded client! By the way, Mr Administrator: nobody contacts me! They still sending publicity but not solutions!

The play through of 45x is quite high. Not easy to clear a bonus, even if you have a good bankroll. The maximum cash out though, is not a bad one. A 100 USD is always welcomed from a free bonus Also the deposit prior to the cash out is something standard, in most sites whwne you are anew player.

Yes, I think like you Mober. The condition of making a deposit before you can withdraw any amount is understanding. They have to have a verified source to can do this transfer with properly. This is ok. But for me, a wager of 45x is too much! You have to have a lot of luck for makes it! AND BIG DOLLAR STILL DON´T CONTACT ME!

Maybe they are still having hangover from new year's eve. It is quite a few days, but give it some more time to contact you. Since brm has contacted them already, all you can do is wait. If you can send them an email as a reminder, wouldnt be a bad idea also.

But...there is always one! I explain in the same email, where I appreciated your consideration, that I need a little tutorial to not repeat the same issue. They ([email protected]) don´t say me anything. Two days after I contact the Live chat online to ask about this. She (Olivia) don´t understand me and only say that I have to wait for the countdown. I send a new email to support explaining that I did it in the past but not works. Nobody sends some help and I have doubts for Sunday tourney

I think that best thing for you is to leave this and forget on it!why?beacuse if rules are same as on christmas tournament,then it would be hard to cashout anything!rules there are to wager 45x winnings,max is 100 $ and dont say about deposit!so its not worth to play it!first prize is 80,others are much lower!

I don´t find there any entry details and process, and anything more came to my email. If your Call Centre was looking for me, I don´t know through what way it could happen, because my cell phone is with me every time, and the number is in my email firm, as you can see in the email that I send to you at this day: "Thank Big Dollar/Kim Steward, I was waiting for this solution very anxiously! they say that they contacted you with mail and with phone,but you didnt answer!you say and show us mails and conversations with live support!dont know what to say on this and who is right! but with this mail that you show us,we can see that you had some contact with them!like I said in last post,maybe best for you is to give up and let this without any play!if terms will be same as on christmas tournament,then it would be hard to wager anything!
