Yeah, bwin support representative solved the issue pretty quickly.
I won $1.96 with my 20 free spins (worth $1.80 ($0.01 x 9 lines x 20) yesterday and made a net profit of $1.88. I am literally starting from scratch at bwin, so $1.88 is not bad. Today's result: No prize

I was expecting a better result from twenty spins, but i noticed that the slot is only nine lines. Never like these slots, for the fact that they are paying less. You can say also that you are paying less for the spin though. But i prefer no less than fifteen lines for the slots.

You can see the difference at once with the winnings, and slot lines. The first one that had 20 lines paid something, The second one with only 9 lines gave almost nothing And with that wager requirement you can say it is equal to not playing at all for it

"Loot'em Khamun" have 243 ways,not 20 lines and its big difference then then to have 9 or 20 lines!it doesnt matter on what position you get symbol,just need to have at least one on every reel or even 3 on every reel for full screen!thats why on that slot if much easier to hit some winning!

hm,you will need to find some new way for deposits or cashouts from this site!maybe best thing for you is to try to collect some free money from this promotions and then to try to make cashout!beacuse of things I think that is best that you dont deposit money anymore at this site!when they dont give you this option,why would you deposit money on any way that they could allow you!

If you can still play in these sites it is not bad, even if a player can not deposit. With their promotions, it is easier than other sites, to create a bankroll from scratch. Have they not introduced the crypto currency yet? That would be a solution for the ones not being able to deposit with ewallets for example.

I dont believe for now in this crypto currencies!dont say that is fraud,just say that I like more "paper" and cards where I will pick up money on ATM!its not something for me and that I need to sell it or buy currency!if site have only option for crypto,I wouldnt use it!

Then you should know, that in many countries there are ATM's specifically for crypto currency, which they work like the rest. You can go there to buy, sell or convert in currencies like USD and EURO. With a fee of course, but is instant and you can get cash in your hand.
