I don't understand it honestly.
I got 10€. Nice, ty for that. But there's no bonus pending..
I need VPoints for it, which I only can get by DEPOSITING. How can I earn VPoints without a deposit? If not.. it just seems like a no deposit bonus to me..

You need to contact Virgin Poker support to get a status on the amount of V*Points you have. When you have reached 60 V*Points, the additional €20 will be deposited to you within 24-48 hours.

@ admin try do something they will not allow too activate your v*point before you make a deposit. and no they can not tell you how many you have earn because you have earn 0 i have try write support serval times and same answer everytime.
p.s if you have and old creditcard or a card whit no money then try make a deposit it will faild but then you can activate

This is the message we received earlier today from our contact person at Virgin Poker:

‘They can email customer service and ask how much rake they have contributed (rake equivalent to 60 V*Points needed).

I have same problem my account have 0.00 balance on site but in poker i have 25€, I talk with support and tell's me that I need to do a deposit to see points, we are playing with freely money and this isn't like a deposit... in others pokers we don't need to deposit to have POINTS, it's only POINTS.... what you do to activate them? can say me what can i do to have points? without points ativation we don't have points, without points we don't have all bonus...only 10...

Read again his mail. You can't know how many V points you have so stop asking the site to tell you. However, you can know how much rake you've done, so try asking that and calculate yourself how many V points your rake would give you.
I didn't apply for Virgin Poker no deposit offer, so I can't really know, but it seems clear for me.

I can't understand...I don't have one old card to do "deposit" and I don't want to do a deposit but want receive the rest of bankrollmob, I want other 20€ bonus. I like the software and pay 4 places it's always good at least bubble it's 5 place! Mtt it's good I played 3.000$ guaranteed 15€+1€ buy, a little more than 200 players NO re-buys and add-ons, 1500 starting chips and 12 min blinds, that's all ok! it's top 20 i stay 60place and only got pocket aces with blinds 10/20 and pocket 9's passed more than 1 hour beated vs AQ, no chips can't do nothing...See a lot of bad beats and the players isn't the best! But it's good for us.
admin please tell what I need to do to see my v points, activate the v points, bankrollmob talk with virgin cause that question of V points activation and see who much V points we have.

yes that's what i do too....i try transfer funds out of poker account to virgin account but i can't do...talk with support and say that if i do that i can activate points but i can't transfer funds out and in....
i deposit 10€ activate points and after that i cash out, have to pay like 50 cent to neteller cause i have accont in $ on neteller and on virgin i have €...but it's ok pay 50 cent to reiceive 20€ now let's see if i don't lose my money
Now i can do transfer funds out in and can do cash out too...but only 35 €on account so i have to win...lol

Hi pokerlovers ! Do somebody have an answer to my question ? I have not deposit at Virginpoker but my 10euro has raised to more than 40 euro sofar. My question is: Will I get the other 20 euro even if I do not deposit and activate my Vpoints counter ? I mean is the counting invisible or MUST I activate to get the counting to start ?

not sure now cause when you contacted support depending on who you talk to they tell you some thing different i was told to make a deposit first then, when i ve got the points cleared i would get the rest of bonus,but i was also told i could withdraw what winnings i had then make a deposit tried and it doesnt work i cant even get my money out of the poker account and transfer it,so im not sure whats happening there,it seems to me they dont either for the monet, they must be swamped by bankroll mob players asking the same thing most with money they ve won already.........

Ok, so this means if I understand it correct, that I will get another 20euro AUTOMATICALLY after reaching the 60 invisible points even if I do not contact support (Virgin or BRM). Can you please confirm LoGix ? or somebody else that knows for sure. Thanks....
