I think we had seen this news before last year, the time of his arrest. He has pleaded guilty, what else he could have done after all. The one thing i dont understand is, the charge for conspiracy If he is finally sentenced for five years in jail, he will be lucky.

5 years is not a big punishment. He can go out in 2 years or 2 years and few months from there, due to conditional release legislation. He had too much marijuana. If he had less he could receive a penalty only with the suspension but too many kilograms is too much. He made a big mistake and now have to pay.

Jesus. Show me a family which was ruined by 'marijuana'... Let's not get carried away and start treating weed as heroin/cocain/crystal meth.

They do that to anybody if they participate in raketeering, drugs and so on. The IRS just not giving a damn about your situation, they take the sofa, the money, the cars and your grandmother too

So! Poker Pro takes on a sideline to increase his stack size by meddling with pot! This world never ceases to amaze me, that people who have always want to have more and often turn to illicit ways to make that more! Now he seems to have lost his pot and his stack and will have plenty of time on his hands to study poker so that he can start again.

I mean that is the general takeaway from prisons, if you go there as a kind of non-criminal you will definitelly come out as one...
