I wondered if it would be possible to just withdraw to someone else's Skrill who's eligible. It definitely seems like it would solve the problem, I haven't withdrawn in a while so I don't recall the steps of the process to know for sure.

That's kind of what I was thinking I could do. With Skrill, I believe points are transferred just with an email address. So, if I could use someone'e email address, I would just have my points/funds sent to them, then once that clears for them, they could send to me, using PayPal, unless another USA option is available. And, of course, I'd be willing to pay any fees, as well as up to 15% extra (for their help/troubles).

------------
I have emailed support again, so I'm sure it'll be just a couple more days before they get back with me to let me know if they have any viable solutions.

You are complicating things, and probably wasting your time, with "solutions".
Even if you can figure out one yourselves, its pointless.
You should wait for a response from tbrm support first.
Also you must have back in your mind, that at the end there might be no solution at all.

BRM dont ask you who is owner of that SKRILL e mail and they dont know who will get your money, you or your friend!so thats why they ask you on end are you sure that you want cashout on that mail, before you finish operation!so this will be chance for you!

Yes, there is a small part of me that's not holding out much hope for this, but I'm sure a credible company like BRM has solutions in place for people in my situation.

------------
Yes, thank you, dule-vu! I agree that this is def a chance. Now, I just gotta find someone.

But robsspot3131, it was not clear to me if you contacted to support through his email. I don´t understand why you ask us, instead to do the only thing that may give you a solution (or not). Is good may having a space to chat and take notice about the life of other people, and I thank you for that, but I think this is not effective. GL

Hey, maragatero. Yes, I have contacted support. I emailed John 4 days ago, and then sent another email to support yesterday. So, I am just waiting to hear back from then, as well as seeing what everyone thinks about it. You are definitely right, tho, as I believe Support is going to have to, at least initially, get this thing going in he right direction. When I hear back from them, everything will be a bit more clear.

Unfortunately there's not much we can do at this specific time, but we are aware of the issue and trying to find a solution so US players can cashout Mob Points again in the future. However, right now I don't have a timeframe.

Hmm, ok. Did I just happen to miss a warning somewhere or overlook something in rules or T&C's that happen to deter USA BRM members from participating in BRM events? Or, even joining? If there's not specific language warning against this situation for USA members of BRM, am I free to pursue other avenues that I see would work, without violating BRM rules myself, or someone else?

robsspot, there's a bit about it in the T&C's, point 10:
http://www.bankrollmob.com/terms-conditions_en.asp

But as I mentioned, we are aware and would like to find a solution so it is being worked on.

Ok, thank you.

Sorry for that answer robbspot3131, because is not fair that if you have luck it´s incomplete! In fact, the possibility of trading our prizes between us might be a wonderful service on this site. Sometimes I won tickets to a slot´s tournament, that I don´t like and would be nice if I could send it to another mobster, a fan of the slots!

Thanks to the Admin for stopping in and at least clarifying on the thread, it's nice to know one way or the other for sure.

Sorry to hear there wasn't a better solution Rob. Are you going to be travelling at any point? If you're not in the states can you get around the withdrawal restrictions on party or is citizenship all that matters?

I dont think it so the citizenship that counts. It is the country of residence.
So if he moves to another country, party poker will ask him to verify his address.
And that wont be easy unless you are residing in a country for quite some time.

Yeah, I know. Bummer. I'm trying to figure something else out.

------------
Yes, thank you, Admin. No, not travelling. Still thinking.

if something dont solve in few weeks with this neteller problem, then only option is to use this skrill method, but on some friends account or some other member from here and then he will send you money on some way!its good that you still have this option!but its up to you what will you do!

Yep, that's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna give it about another week, then just start posting on all sites like this for anyone willing to use their Skrill account by giving me the email address. I'll send all my points there, and ask for 15% back, via PayPal, once they have received their money, via Skrill.

I wouldnt do that if i were you. Probably you will get scammed in the end, it its not
someone you really know.
People have been scammed in this forum, with player to player exchanges,
let alone trying every where else you can, to find some "help for the transfer.

I'm sure you're right, but if NetEller is not back up in a week, or so, then those points aren't doing me any good anyway. If someone scammed me, I wouldn't exactly be losing anything, b/c I can't do anything with those points anyway. I'd be in the same boat either way. My only hope is to run across someone, hopefully with integrity, and do this for me. But, again, whether I get scammed, or I can't cash-out my Mob Points due to BRM/USA restrictions, it's really all the same.
