Hello, I won the ticket, but unfortunately still have not received it. The support service does not respond to requests, I decided to create a topic. Maybe someone else has the same problems? I did everything right, according to the terms of the promotion. A rare thing, I won that ticket and have not any problem with it. I don´t heard anybody with that problem. I think that you write an email to the company, that is in your Mob Account> Content, isn´t it? And in your right time, you opt one of the alternatives (get your ticket or get xx points) in the time (two hours) that the message said...yes? So you have to wait to Mr. Administrator. GL

Well, I number of years ago I won a DVD from 888, I still haven't recieved that, even after telling them a number of times and contacting BRM ones. So when it comes to 888, I really don't feel any trust to be honest...

did you claim this prize in that window when you got it?if you didnt do this,you cant get this prize!if you done everything by the rules,then problem is on other side!probably somebody from BRM stuff will answer you here and then you will see where is problem!
it’s certainly a little strange that you didn’t receive your prize ticket to the tournament .... I didn’t notice any problems with this site ... they always fulfilled their obligations regarding offers .... so I really like this site .... I hope the administrator will see your post and respond soon ... and the problem will be solved .... Good luck in the game

Jerry replied to your only email on Feb 6. Unfortunately, we don't have an update from 888poker yet. Prizes will be credited, though. We just don't know exactly when.
We will handle it. Don't worry.

Really sorry to hear that you didn't get your DVD from 888poker We work very hard to get free prizes for our competitions, so it's very disappointing when prizes are not given to winners by the partners of BankrollMob.
Final words....
888poker is a great site to work with. The DVD and the $16.5 Big Fish tickets are just a few of hundreds of free prizes they have given to BankrollMob players over the years. I can assure you guys that they intend to give everyone their prizes. It's absolutely not about saving some money or cheating anyone. It's a big company with many departments... so things can go wrong/take time.
Anyhow, we will keep on pushing for the $16.5 Big Fish Tickets that players won in the 2018 BRM Christmas Calendar.
