Jamaica is neighbor with Cuba and Haiti. You must to write on Google and you will find this thing. There the value of the money is higher than in America or Europe. It's normal for that man to wear the mask. Money they can do a lot of dangerous things. It's not good ,,to play'' with dangerous people. They do bad things for less money but for more they are savages.
