You're not alone Tony, I'm a Canadian player and I don't have that offer showing up for me when I log into the usual version of the site or the Canadian version. Strange because as you pointed out BWIN is still running one and they're the same promotion just branded/skinned differently I think.

I go to the party casino party but I do not see these promotions ... probably this promotion is not intended for players from Russia ... And Judging by reports for very many countries, this promotion does not work ... apparently only works for some countries. .. OK .... I didn’t expect anything good from a party casino

yesterday I changed color of box and didnt win anything!two days agod I got some offer to wager 50 e to get 5 e cash,which is very good offer!its hard to guess what box is winning and then you have to see what will you get,so you have to have luck two times!you must pick right box and then to get good prize!

I noticed PartyCasino changed its design a few days ago. The new design looks much simpler. I like the old version better, to be honest. The promotion is still unavailable to me. I wish good luck to everyone playing at PartyCasino.
